The Heights Apartments

Reality check: These apartments are a bit old & show some signs of weathering; the kitchens are adequate but not full of trendy new materials. HOWEVER--these apartments are extremely well equipped and maintained. No broken fixtures, no non-working appliances, no signs of mold, no delays in accessing the capable maintenance personnel. The grounds & gardens are impeccably maintained. Shopping and transportation are located only 2 blocks away. We can only thank the always-cheerful management for letting us live here and taking such good care of us!

Management cant be bothered to control their own lawn maintenance people. About 20 gallons of water is wasted a day by tgis building watering the parking spots.

Just under two years ago, my kids and I moved in here at the Heights Apartments having just went through a terrible divorce. Moving from our family home was only a small part of the difficulty. Leaving behind the family life that my kids had and the process of change was terrifying. The people here at The Heights Apartmemts made us feel so comfortable and welcome. They made sure our transition went as smooth as possible. Anytime we need anything they are more than grateful to help. I had to change the locks of my apartment door within months of moving in due to domestic abuse and not only did they do that for me right away, they did it at no cost to me. It was done within hours and that made my children and me feel so very safe. We can't imagine living anywhere else. Having my rent paid for a year would be amazing. My son just graduated high school and is now going to community college as well as working a new job. Due to the divorce, I have nothing saved up for him for college so it's going to be a struggle to pay for his classes. Having free rent would enable me to help him through his college experience so that he can graduate without debt. Thank you for the possibility of being able to do that for my son.

The Heights Apartments are in a prime location in Milwaukie/Clackamas Oregon. There is a pool, hot tub, and a work out room. Close to the Clackamas Town Center, max & bus line, grocery stores, almost any store/service needed is within a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute or less walk. The Staff are friendly and reliable, and keep the premises well maintained and safe. The office will hold and contact you if a private package is delivered to you or if you request it to be delivered to the office, which is very convenient for tenants. There is a washer & dryer in every apartment, and thankfully garbage service is still covered by the apartments. One of the best things about living here is that their leases are only 1 year, and then it's month to month afterwards. Ones rent will only go up once month to month begins if cost of living does, otherwise, it will not increase. That perk is almost unheard of anymore when renting apartments. Last, but most certainly not least, The Heights Apartments are working towards making their apartments smoke free. This is something both my husband and I are very excited about! Definitely check them out, you will not be disappointed!
