Pros- the maintenance staff are friendly. Or is conveniently located to the interstate, shopping and restaurants. Cons- I think your rent should be locked in for as long as you live here. I don't think it's fair it goes up every year!

So far ,really great. It has been such a hot summer and my apt. has been very cool and comfortable. I love looking out at the pool and seeing the fire pit in use. I anticipate when the weather is cooler I will be out more walking with the other residents.

The apartment was definitely a lot smaller than I thought! I can’t even fit my end tables in. On the bright side the maintenance people have been wonderful. And most of the residents have been great!

I have had a positive experience while living here, the leasing agents are friendly and helpful and neighbors are equally friendly. The grounds are kept clean and it’s always quiet at night. The pool area is very clean. Above all, I feel safe in this community.

It can pretty loud sometimes. Especially in the summer with the jam sessions at the pool. There are nice walking trails locally. Target is less than a mile. Walk in 15 mins. Its a good location.
I was truly surprised how luxurious the amenities were when I first came. The outdoors are absolutely beautiful; a lot of seating areas to observe and take in the nature. There’s only one thing slightly upsetting about the place and that is a weird smell as soon as you enter the apartment unit. Otherwise, I’ve only been in the Haven for less than a week, but I’ve had a great experience so far.
I love absolutely everything about it, the buildings, trails, the dog park, swimming pool, everything is very well maintained. it’s beautiful and everyone is welcoming and polite.
great place to live. love the neighborhood. neighbors are friendly (especially the furry ones). the location is close to multiple shops and restaurants. staff is fantastic.

When we moved in we were surprised my how large and spacious each room feels in our two bedroom. The giant windows give us so much natural light. The layout is perfect to share with a roommate to have shared spaces, but also your own. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

We couldn't be happier with The Haven. Very welcoming, clean and inviting place for anyone that is seeking a place to live. The grounds are beautiful, the facilities are great, and the staff is so very helpful. We worked with Avery and he was just amazing. Great place!
I love everything from the apartment, to all of the amenities. The staff are friendly and when there's a problem - maintenance is on the ball.
It has only been my first weekend here, but the apartment is lovely, as well as the people in the community so far. I am excited and looking forward to my new home.
The convenience of living at the Haven is worth so much to us. We are minutes from so many restaurants, shopping, and activities. The interstate is close and it's 20 minutes to downtown Pittsburgh. So nice! The school district is top notch. I wouldn't have wanted my child to go anywhere else. The facilities are nice here. We love the coffee in the morning. The walking trails are wonderful too.

It's been awhile since I moved and a very long time since I lived in an apartment. With starting a new job at the same time, there have been alot of moving parts and a few hiccups. I do like the pool. And the location is pretty good to other things. It has been a bit noisy lately but who is making the noise I can't seem to find since they make noise at all hours.

I’m officially on day 2 after the move and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Maintenance and the office staff have been amazing, as well as the neighbors I’ve passed. Can’t wait to try out all the common areas and meet more people!

Great environment! Maintenance is not the greatest but they do act quickly. It’s a great place to live if you have a dog. The dog park and walking trails make apartment living with a furry friend ideal.

It's evident that the management takes great pride in the appearance of the property, and it really enhances the overall living experience. The amenities are another major plus. There's a well-equipped fitness center, which makes it easy to stay active without needing a separate gym membership. The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of lounge chairs and a clean, refreshing pool that’s perfect for hot summer days. Additionally, there’s a clubhouse that residents can use for gatherings or parties. It’s spacious and beautifully designed, making it a great place to host events. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. Whenever I’ve had an issue, it’s been resolved quickly and professionally. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, which makes living here even more enjoyable.

The area is great, quiet, and has a lot to offer. The clubhouse here is also great for getting things done or hanging out. The gym and pool are kept clean. And, my apartment has been what I expected. Great amenities! There are so many dogs in the neighborhood which is amazing. I love that they host events like bingo and corn home tournaments.
I’ve loved the place since the first day I came in to fill out an application 2.5 yrs ago. My cats absolutely love the screened in balcony every summer.
The Haven is such a nice place to live in. The units are spacious and luxurious. Don’t have to worry about parking space too. Neat and clean environment, friendly neighbors and accommodating lease office employees.

Well it is just about a year that my husband and I chose to downsize, sell our home in New Jersey and move to The Haven. It was love at first site and continues to bring smiles to our faces daily.We absolutely love it here!!!!. As seniors we decided to move to Cranberry to be closer to our son and grandkids. It has been a true gift but the friends we made at the Haven have also become our family. We all help each other and we feel very blessed. Each day you meet new people, young and old and everyone is so kind and friendly. The office staff headed by Lori are always there to address any concerns or problems you may have. Maintenance headed by Frank are exceptional. You have a problem? They are so quick to address it. The ammenities at The Haven are exceptional. So much to take part in. Our secret pleasure? Getting a latte from the clubhouse, sitting at the fire pit and meeting new and old friends. Life at The Haven keeps getting better and better!
