The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Harrison
I used to think this was a great building but that was not the case. All the other buildings have either moved the gym outside or made it apt only but the Harrison. They just shut everything down. Why we are still being overcharged for a building with nothing to offer I have no idea.
Our experience has been excellent and totally satisfactory.
I never thought Id find an apartment so suited to my needs in my price range. The Harrison ticks off all the boxes! Convenience, safety, and cleanliness.
5 STARS - I would highly recommend the Harrison to anyone looking for a new, clean and modern apartment complex, just steps away from the Americana, stores and restaurants. The leasing team, Talin, Josh and Melanie, have made my move-in experience a very smooth and welcoming one. It is also very comforting to know they are on hand to answer any questions i may have along the way.
Loving and enjoying living here . Nice and clean .
We are proud to live here. This building is clean, noiseless, well kept and the management office is serious and professional before and after signing the lease.
Only be here about 3 weeks, my living experiences at the Harrison so far are good, satisfied. I can see the maintenance crew around every week to do their jobs, to keep the property nice and clean. That the best, keeping the good condition of the property at all time.
Nice neighborhood and location. Close to shopping mall restaurants and groceries stores.
Home is where the Harrison is.
Pros - Got a free month at sign up as the building was brand new and they needed tenants (not sure if they'll offer this again) - Newer building with gym, pool, bbq grills - Friendly neighbors - Ample guest parking - Appliances are included (fridge is on the small side) - Has washer/dryer in unit Cons - One bedroom gets you 1 parking spot, good luck finding parking on the busy street (they charge $150 more for an additional spot) - Bathroom is very large yet the closet is tiny, poor design choice - Smoke alarms are too sensitive and go off 50% of the time when you're baking - Some of the outlets don't work - You need to notify management every time you have guests over or else they can tow their car if they decide to (very inconvenient) - If your unit is near the dog park, some owners do not clean up after their pet so you will smell it (it also often smells like urine at that area) - If your unit is near the gym, you will hear noises/banging as people tend to drop weights - There are some hidden fees on top of your payment (like a $6 management fee, seems petty) - There is also a separate trash fee for the building (even though you are paying Glendale city for trash service) - Security will patrol the building at night and tell you to leave common areas even if you aren't making any noise - Can't break lease term early for any reason (good luck if you switch jobs or buy property and need to leave early), they require 60 day notice and will charge you a 2 month penalty for breaking the lease early. Management is a nightmare to deal with if you need to leave early for any reason. Read the lease terms/contract carefully and don't agree to their ridiculous rules. Most places require a 30 day notice only and don't charge you ridiculous 2 months penalty (they only keep your security deposit). I would not lease here again given what they charge and what you get. Sure it's a nice building, but there are some serious cons.
I love being in a new building. The apartment layout is very nice and the tenants are all friendly. Management gets to know the residents and treats everyone very well. The place is well maintained and kept very clean. Location is excellent.
Beautifully nice and gorgeous Harrison !! Loved and enjoyed living here !
Very well managed.
It's an excellent community, there are no better floor plans, and the amenities and features are amazing.
