Crystal clear instructions. Moving day was made super easy with no stress. Apartment was move in ready with no dirty or dust. Everything is exactly how we pictured it to be, no sudden surprises.

So far so good. I would kinda like the landscaping to look better around our place. We also lost our air for a few days, a week after we moved in & during this crazy heat, which wasn't fun. But maintenance and the manager was quick to respond and try to fix it. Other than that, its been good.

Great place to live. It’s quiet and easy access to stores and interstate. There is a dog park for all the dog lovers. There are sidewalks around the community for exercising.

Very clean environment, convenient to grocery stores and accessible to interstates. Management and maintenance are easy to speak to at any given time.

So far, my girlfriend and I are loving the move here! The location is great and the townhomes are nice. I think one of our favorite parts is the two car garage. Plus, the move in process could not have been made any easier.

Enjoy living here at The Harris. I have been a resident for three years now. Only downfall about our community is there is nowhere for us as a community to enjoy our community except our garage! Maybe a gym, community center, a park for the kids we have a lot of kids in the neighborhood!

Lovely ,clean , beautiful, great landscaping and peaceful community .The management and maintenance are always available and amazing . The Harris is convenient to parks, grocery stores, malls and fitness centers.

Great place to live. It’s quiet and peaceful. The property is clean and tidy. They recently added a dog park. I think that was a good idea to have a place for dogs.

Good communities feel safe like to upgraded the smart technology in the house with the keypad with the doors loving the garage. All the residents are nice that I have met good community to live at.

The bad: Cleanliness upon moving into brand new unit was sub-par. Multiple areas of repair work needed indicating poor craftsmanship and fast production. A lot of bugs @ ground floor. The good: Small community with a good mix of majority young professionals. Mostly quiet. Nice landscaping, sidewalks, 2 years old, minimal traffic, dog friendly and nice finishes throughout. Dual garages are hard to find, we appreciate that as well.

It's been great... The front office has been very helpful and knowledgeable which takes a lot of the stress of moving away...The neighborhood is always clean and well taken care of...

J'Lyn helped us get into the Harris and that was top notch experience we are so grateful for her! We have only been her since June 1 but so far loving it here..the neighbors we have met are so nice and friendly. Hoping to be here a good while!

I’ve been enjoying it a lot. From the previous conditions that I was in this place has brought peace to me. I’ve never thought living conditions could effect your life drastically and since I’ve been here I’ve had peace of mind.

I really appreciate the staff here and everything has been pleasant, since me and my family have moved here. Special shoutout to J’Lyn who has made our move seamless; she is very nice as well as the rest of the staff. I look forward to continuing to being a resident here.

The community is clean. Great location to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Accessibility to my garage for unloading was easy and accessible.

We love living here. My wife and I recently moved and it is such an upgrade! The units are very spacious and the two car garage is an absolute plus.

The units are pretty and have minimal maintenance issues which is so nice but staff are not very responsive when you do need something. It is close to Gallatin Pike, so it's easy access to east (only a 8-10 minute drive).

I am loving my new home for me and my kids. It’s beautiful and spacious for all of us. I love not having to go to the laundry mat to wash because i have my own washer and dryer which means EVERYTHING to me!!!

I enjoy our quiet community so much. Nice neighborhood to take a walk on a nice day. Management is very friendly and responsive.I can’t wait until the gate is up and running. I don’t have a dog but I think the dog park will be great for those that do.

We asked about our lease renewal in December and we kept getting the run around about it. Our lease is up at the end of March and 34 days until our lease is up, we get an email saying that our lease will not be renewed. We pay rent on time and we’re never home enough to cause any trouble, because we work 10-12-14 hour days. I think it’s unprofessional and it has to be a deeper issue we have no knowledge about. But to wait 34 days until someone lease is up to tell them, they will not be renewed is baffling

I haven’t been here very long ( about 3-4 months ) but I have already seen how much different the management and neighborhood are better than my last living arrangements. My manager is by far one of the sweetest and efficient I have ever had, the area is always clean and by far one of the quieter places I have ever met. I can see that they try and value the people that live here, and to work with them as best as they can. I do wish there were more community events just so I could meet my neighbors better but I look forward to what’s next while living here. (Fingers crossed)

Love love love so peaceful and every time I need help with anything it’s fixed as soon I put the request in also never have a problem with trash like my last apartments lol

We love our new home. The experience has been easy. We got same day approval and set our move in date. The community itself seems very quiet.

Fairly new property, that’s well kept up. Quiet community and everyone seems to stay to themselves. Only issue I have is we need a couple of street lights. It gets pretty dark, when neighbors don’t have their porch lights on.

J'Lyn in the office is AMAZING - she made me move in process effortless. The property is great, only downside is that there isn't a fence separating us from the houses backyards behind us. The units are brand new so thats awesome, just a few minor things that I need maintenance to fix since the contractors didn't seem to put it on properly (the front door lock gets stuck due to the weather stripping making it too tight for the lock to open and a few of the door handles weren't put on all the way so they've fell off. But these are all small things so I'm not worried) Overall great place so far!

All in all, very happy here! Close location to majority of personal needs, new built homes, great sized rooms, garages, and great natural lighting.

Our townhome is everything we wanted it to be! Just need more lights near our actual residence other than that J’Lyn has been great! Love the space. Easy access the the interstate, and great food places.

I think the Harris is a great place to live the manager is absolutely awesome,the scenery is amazing,and the housing is wonderful,I recommend the Harris to anybody moving to the Nashville area

Our move here has been great. On-site property management has been excellent and very accommodating to my family and I. We have already reccommended the property to others encouraging them to move in as well.

The community is beautiful & the staff has been so helpful and quick with communication any we have needs! I love the spacious, clean apartments. The garage is awesome too!
