I feel like the property has gone down hill so much in the 2.5 years I've been here. I love my actual apartment, but the common areas (elevators, hallways, etc) are always so dirty, doors are broken, just overall disrepair. Doesn't feel as much like a luxury property as it once did.

Never received a formal renewal offer. Was told that the generic all-residents summer offer (renew by July 4th for 0% increase) *was* my renewal offer. Because of that, my lease was extended by two weeks based on when I gave notice. Now, I see in my resident account a formal renewal offer has been uploaded and back-dated to make it seem like I received a formal lease renewal notice. Very shady and slimy tactics. Congrats, you got an extra two weeks and thus $800-$900 out of me. Will be telling anyone who asks me to avoid the Harper at all costs. Plenty of other options in the area that don't drop the ball with renewals.

Honestly, this place just gets it. It’s quiet when you need it, friendly when you want it, and everything actually works like it’s supposed to. Maintenance is on top of things, and the vibe is chill without feeling like no one cares. Super underrated spot to live. I have loved living at the Harper!

I love this community! The location is great and the management is always staying on top of things and is communicative with numerous types of events a month and sending general emails and updates for community almost weekly. There was a really bad storm a couple weeks ago that caused a lot of electrical damage and they handled an extremely stressful situation so well. Email updates were sent throughout the day when things happened and I know management and maintenance are working so hard to repair things as fast as they can with such a big list of repairs and so many people affected. I am thankful to live somewhere that has such a passionate team of people who care about their residents and make the effort of communication. I don’t see myself moving unless I buy a house. I love my apartment, the pool, the coffee machine in the clubroom, and the friendly atmosphere every time I swing through the leasing office.

I'm sad to write this, but I have become slightly unhappy over the past 2 years I've lived here. I feel like things have gone downhill as far as the appearance of the property and several things broken around the property (and no, I am in no way referring to the lightning damage that was out of your control). I will not be renewing my lease, due to the fact that I will be relocating out of state, but I'm not 100% sure I would renew if I was staying in town. I hate to say this, as I really have enjoyed living here. It just seems that the "quality" of the community as gone down.

Sucks! Had nothing but issues since we've moved in. The current situation is we have to walk 6 flights of stairs because this property was not prepared for issues that may occur. We are so grateful to move out of this property, but unfortunately the elevators are not working and they are unable to provide us a time frame. This puts us in a dilemma with moving - do you think moving with 6 flights of stairs up and down is fun. The people in the office have no empathy as they have a home to go to and don't experience the situations we residents have to face.

It has been a rough experience over the last year. Management has done a poor job and there is nothing “luxury” about living here. They have been hard to deal with and we’ve been patient but would not recommend
The amenities stood out, especially the sparkling pool and modern fitness center—perfect for residents who value an active lifestyle. The clubhouse was also a highlight, offering a great space to relax or work.
Quiet neighbors, the staff is amazing and the resident gatherings are perfect. Pet friendly and beautiful living spaces. Good size gym and the residential common area is amazing!
I enjoy living here easy access to the expressway numerous amenities here, the staff is helpful they have nice ways of getting tenants together for fun.

My wife and I have really enjoyed living at the Harper for the past 3 years. Management has been working to create more community fellowship events, which brings the residents together for fun times. The common areas are amazing and great ways to spend time outside of your apartment. The firepit, swimming pool, pool tables and gaming area as well as cozy fireplaces inside with wifi private work rooms. And the views are absolutely amazing! Come join us. You'll love it here!

I absolutely love living here. I’ve been at the Harper for about 7 months now and plan to renew my lease. I’ve lived in many apartments over the past 15 years and the Harper is in my top 3 places I’ve lived. Highly recommend it! Maintenance is top notch and so is the property manager!

The Harper is fantastic my only beef is with the parking situation. If you get home late you are lucky to find a spot. It seems like there are more guests than expected.
