Middle Tennessee has some exciting cities, such as Franklin, TN. Just south of Nashville, Franklin is a charming city with a historic past. The Carnton home is a popular house museum and battle site of the mid-19th century.

I love the environment and management and faulty so much! But I wish we can have digital key. This key always stop me going into the building and very inconvenient if I want to invite friend.
The Harper is a great place to live, because it is clean, safe, and friendly. The staff are very helpful and kind when it comes to having any questions, concerns, and just in general.
Clean and smells delightful in the hallways! Very responsive when I need maintenance or if I have any concern about the building. The team takes requests seriously and is also open to new community building ideas.

I love this community! The location is great and the management is always staying on top of things and is communicative with numerous types of events a month and sending general emails and updates for community almost weekly. There was a really bad storm a couple weeks ago that caused a lot of electrical damage and they handled an extremely stressful situation so well. Email updates were sent throughout the day when things happened and I know management and maintenance are working so hard to repair things as fast as they can with such a big list of repairs and so many people affected. I am thankful to live somewhere that has such a passionate team of people who care about their residents and make the effort of communication. I don’t see myself moving unless I buy a house. I love my apartment, the pool, the coffee machine in the clubroom, and the friendly atmosphere every time I swing through the leasing office.

I'm sad to write this, but I have become slightly unhappy over the past 2 years I've lived here. I feel like things have gone downhill as far as the appearance of the property and several things broken around the property (and no, I am in no way referring to the lightning damage that was out of your control). I will not be renewing my lease, due to the fact that I will be relocating out of state, but I'm not 100% sure I would renew if I was staying in town. I hate to say this, as I really have enjoyed living here. It just seems that the "quality" of the community as gone down.

Sucks! Had nothing but issues since we've moved in. The current situation is we have to walk 6 flights of stairs because this property was not prepared for issues that may occur. We are so grateful to move out of this property, but unfortunately the elevators are not working and they are unable to provide us a time frame. This puts us in a dilemma with moving - do you think moving with 6 flights of stairs up and down is fun. The people in the office have no empathy as they have a home to go to and don't experience the situations we residents have to face.

It has been a rough experience over the last year. Management has done a poor job and there is nothing “luxury” about living here. They have been hard to deal with and we’ve been patient but would not recommend
The amenities stood out, especially the sparkling pool and modern fitness center—perfect for residents who value an active lifestyle. The clubhouse was also a highlight, offering a great space to relax or work.
Quiet neighbors, the staff is amazing and the resident gatherings are perfect. Pet friendly and beautiful living spaces. Good size gym and the residential common area is amazing!
I enjoy living here easy access to the expressway numerous amenities here, the staff is helpful they have nice ways of getting tenants together for fun.

The Harper is fantastic my only beef is with the parking situation. If you get home late you are lucky to find a spot. It seems like there are more guests than expected.

Modern and spacious apartments with lots of fast food options at walking distance. About 10 minutes from the main square in downtown Franklin.

I’ve been here over a year. It’s a pretty quiet community. Amenities are 4/5. The Legacy has a bowling alley and I believe a movie theater and an area for live entertainment. I’d love a hot tub. Staff is fantastic and helpful.

I really enjoy the amenities and the location. These were the best amenities I found in the surrounding competition of communities when I was focusing my search in Franklin. It’s been great with sound and not being able to hear too much of my neighbors too. The maintenance team (Trent and Mitchell) is so kind and diligent with any orders put in. The property manager Monica is on it! She cares about your concerns and the team has been putting on community events that even include your pets! I definitely recommend The Harper. I’ve renewed my lease since being here too if my review alone isn’t enough. Come check it out for yourself!

We love living at The Harper ! The elevators helped move in go very smoothly. The gym is cleaned everyday and they always have the fridge stocked with hydration drinks and towels for personal use !
