I enjoyed moving into Harper. The process was seamless. Brittany assisted me with every question I had and gave a detailed response. She even went above and beyond to show me a pre-view of the unit selected ensuring I was comfortable with the layout. I have worked with Alicia - as well who has done a wonderful job getting me into the unit on the move in date. 3/5 Stars because overall, the unit itself is beautiful. For the amount of money we pay, we have no real amenities.. no playground, pool, pavilion, tennis court.. etc. Management changes like clockwork. It takes forever to actually get assistance when needed. The choices of food & grocery stores within a 2 mile radius suck. All in all, the entire experience is a 3.5/5 but the home itself is a 4.6/5 stars.

It's a very quite neighborhood. I feel that for the price I pray to rent their should have been amenities for residents and kids. Overall not a bad experience so far.

I’ve only been living at The Harper at Trout River for a short time, but I’m really enjoying it. The townhome is spacious and filled with natural light, which makes it feel very inviting. It's was a great place to until they started allowing anyone to move in. Very quiet and well kept. Now trash can be everywhere. Maintenance never comes to fix anything.

The house blew away all expectations we had. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and the neighborhood is super well maintained. The agents in the leasing office are super easy to get ahold of and go above and beyond to answer any questions.

It’s been pretty good!! Like being close to everything. My only big problem is space with parking. And no pool!! I am trying to see if I want to renew my lease. Again no real problems here since I moved in!!!

It was a smooth transition, Trinnette was amazing! She responded quickly to all questions, and kept me on track to make my move-in effortless! Love the location and how peaceful it is. Definitely will recommend to anybody I know.
So far it has been a great experience. The staff are very helpful and thorough. I've never felt so welcomed moving in anywhere else. This really feels like home.
I love the up keep even during construction ; everything that was discussed on the vision is becoming reality……I’m definitely committed to the long term commitment!!
Good communication with management and great area. Maintenance stays on top with the lawn etc. Everyone stays to themselves and the neighbors are always happy.

I made the right decision for our family by moving to the new community. Quiet, clean and friendly area. Just knowing that we have the space we needed and it’s a new construction townhome was why we chose Harper at Trout River.
I love my home, the quick response if ever needed . The possibility of making improvements as quick as possible. I feel like my property manager genuinely cares about the well being of her residents and the up keep of the property.
It's a great place to live. Cozy home, everyone is friendly, great environment. It's convenient to the interstate which is much needed around here.
