After 25 years of home ownership, we decided to sell and rent, and we are thrilled to be here! The leasing team- particularly RASHED- made all the difference in our decision to move here. The touring, application and onboarding process was indeed a precursor to the best-in-class service we continue to receive as tenants. The property is beautifully maintained, very clean, and safe and secure. Units are modern, spacious and bright with huge windows. We get the best of both worlds: a serene, tranquil, secluded environment, while being just steps away from restaurants, shopping, movie theater and easy bus to NYC. And the perks! On-site dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up. Wash room to bathe your dog. Gyms, lounge, and conference rooms to access at any time. Package concierge to receive shipments on your behalf. Online system to request repairs in your unit. Community events such as barbecues, pool parties and local food trucks. A kids playroom and playground. A dog park. Feels like home!

So far, my resident experience has been very positive. The members of the staff have all been helpful with providing us any assistance that we have requested. We are now about halfway done with moving all of our stuff into our new apartment. We successfully set up our Wi-Fi Network through Demetrious at Verizon and it has been working great. We obtained our pool passes on Friday and went to enjoy this amenity for the first time over the weekend. We are looking forward to decorating our apartment over the next few weeks to really settle in and make it our own. We have already been visiting some nearby stores and exploring the town of Secaucus. If everything keeps going this well this next year living at The Harper at Harmon Meadows seems very bright!

Modern, clean, apartments with great amenities, however much is lacking. For a "luxury" apartment complex to not have any sort of concierge is crazy. Guest parking is a tedious nightmare. Leasing office closes at 5 or 6 depending on the day, and there is no one you can contact after hours for assistance or complaints. Noise levels in apartments and common areas are completely out of control. People treat the common areas here like a cruise ship night club at all hours of the day. Packages are confusing without a concierge as some will go to a package locker in your building, some will go to a package locker at the main building, and others will go to the package room. In general, this is a nice apartment complex with beautiful modern amenities, however, severely lacking in the lifestyle, service and convenience factors that you'd see in other luxury buildings. We regret moving here and already know we will not be renewing our lease.

Please note when you receive a package in the locker systems you will get an alert \"lockers\" when it is located in the package room you get an alert for the \"package room\". The leasing office is open Monday - Friday from 10am-6pm and Saturdays from 10am - 5pm. Maintenance is on site 7 days a week from 8am - 5pm. Emergency maintenance calls can be made after these hours. Best email to reach us at as well is theharper@greystar.com for any issues after hours. Of course in an emergency please call 911. I can't lie - it's discouraging to learn that you didn't have a great experience. But your feedback helps us improve, so we'd like to learn more about how we can make it better.
I love living here. It has been a wonderful experience for me and my son. I wouldn't change a thing. Everything is very well maintained and cared for.

I love this place. A quiet place to call home. Just wished people would clean up after their pets. Specially those with large dogs. Other than that, I love it here. The commute to and from work is perfect for me.

For me this has been one of the best places so far. It is a quite retreat which I am always looking forward to come to the place I call home. I have peace of mind about my orders when they get delivered and I’m not home. The complex is very clean and it truly has everything you could ask for. The commute to the city is perfect. The bus runs quite often and is super fast, in 15mns I’m already in the city (with no traffic of course) but 20/25 max. I couldn’t be more happy with this place and I’ve been here for a month now.

Living in my apartment complex has been a generally positive experience. The community is well-maintained, with clean common areas, friendly neighbors, and a peaceful environment that makes it feel like home. However, one persistent issue is that some residents frequently smoke in non-designated areas. This not only affects the air quality but also diminishes the comfort for those of us who prefer smoke-free spaces. It would be beneficial if management could enforce the designated smoking policies more strictly. Additionally, with the growing number of electric vehicle owners, installing EV chargers would be a forward-thinking improvement. This addition would reflect a commitment to sustainability and meet the evolving needs of residents. Overall, despite these concerns, I’m pleased with my living experience and hopeful that management will address these issues to further enhance our community.

The apartment is really a nice place. Close to the grocery stores and has free shuttle bus between the train station and the apartment. Taking the bus to New York is very convenient too. I like it!

So far, so good. We enjoy the calm and quiet of the neighborhood. The only problem that I have is that people don't pick up their dog poop on the property enough. Besides that, the property is well maintained, and all the staff I have met are friendly.

The condominium has several leisure areas. It is pet-friendly. My neighbors are very quiet. It is in a good location close to large supermarkets, shops and restaurants. There is also public transportation nearby where you can catch a bus to go to New York or the American Dream. Everything is very easy and practical.

I love living at The Harper. Marcella is great, the leasing office, maintenance and even package concierge. Alex and whole team. Any question you have it is answered and what ever you need they help you every step of the way. Neighbors are kind and helpful. Love seeing all the animals.

Best place to live. Staff is very nice and always there to answer questions and help in anyway. Everything is always clean in the summer they have an excellent clean pool. They do events for residents.

No complaints. Love all the dogs and most people. Everyone is very polite. Repairs are quick and efficient. I just wish rent was a little cheaper.

The Harper I really enjoy living at with my whole family. Neighbors are kind and respectful. Leasing office and maintenance are great as is Alex in the package concierge room. I love seeing the animals. It’s a breathe of fresh air.

Nice, conveniente shopping, eating out, & transportation to & from NY. Clean, not perfectly maintain, but presentable & quite quiet. Will refer & encourage to live here & make it ur home.

I've lived here for almost 4 years and wouldnt really go anywhere else in Secaucus. It is safe, quiet, amazingly located and gorgeous here. Additionally, the building staff is polite and do everything to make living here amazing

I completely loved living at the Harper at Harmon Meadow since August 20-8. I originally lived in unit 1526 overlooking the beautiful pool area, but I always had my eyes set on moving into the second floor facing the Expo Center and NYC. I loved both apartments because the entire essence of the Harper is very uplifting. I was immediately appreciative of just how well kept the grounds were maintained, as well as the immaculate overall aesthetic of the community; spotless and upscale. I’d walk the nature trail on our grounds, chat with neighbors in the lobby and practice my cooking skills in the awesome updated kitchen in both units. My hope is to live in my condo the mandatory 2 years before I can act as the landlord and get back into the Haper The Harper gave me my loved 2nd floor unit facing Plaza Drive clean, and I respectfully gave it back even more prestine. Wonderful staff, outstanding maintenance crew, - I give them all my highest rating possible.

I lived there for half a year now and it has been great. Very spacious apartment with decent amenity at a reasonable price, you have to love it.

Great so far. Love the proximity to the city and the public transportation near by. The amenities are also great, especially the gym and pool.

The complex is clean and the staff is great. The maintenance team is very friendly and if there is an issue, they resolve it quickly.. They keep the building safe and do preventative maintenance care.. The amenities are good as well.. and It’s pretty quiet you don’t hear much noise when you’re inside the apartment.. The neighbors are also very friendly. Everyone kind of just keeps themselves as well…

The Harper is a great place. Love my neighbors and the animals. There has been certain individuals not do their part or have not nice disposition's, but not all. Once they are told correctly then many of them do what is right. Some had to leave due to not following the right way of acting etc. The staff helps the best they can and maintenance is excellent.

The property is well maintained. However the noise has significantly increased! The blind spot mirrors need to be readjusted in the parking garage.

Nice location and good staffs! I am living in a 1 bedroom apartment and facing New York view. I really like the view outside. The location is definitely a plus, there are Walmart, Sam’s club and chain restaurants in the meadowland area.

We are in the heart of Harmon cove; this location has everything you need! Transportation, shopping, and food.
We’ve loved living here! The amenities are amazing. Very spacious apartments. I love how it’s its own little neighborhood here. My view of the Meadowlands is my favorite thing to wake up to.

We are really enjoying living at the Harper. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team responds promptly whenever we report an issue. We really appreciate all of the nice, extra touches, like the summer Pool Party, Mother's Day bouquets, pamper packs, Thanksgiving feast, etc. The environment is also quiet and peaceful.
