Property Ratings at The Harbor At The Barracks
It looks pretty on the surface but this place is cheaply built and the management company is SHADY. You will be charged exorbitantly after move out for common dirt and marks on walls. They do not clean in between tenants as a standard practice, rather “only clean on demand” meaning- if you and your parents don’t have professional level cleaning materials and tools they’ll “have to clean” because you didn’t and you’ll be charged $600. Don’t do it. So many other places to live in B.C.S. that are more respectful of their tenants.
The Harbor is beautiful!! Very modern and new, having access to The Cove is a huge plus!! I had a tour with Owen and had many questions answered by Fallon. Again, amazing experience.
The Harbor is SO nice. Brand new with a great layout, and the bonus of having passes to The Cove. Kate was super friendly and everyone there seemed nice and helpful.

Months after signing lease management forces residents to have renters insurance. Charge them $11.95 a month even though it was not in lease
