The apartment complex was sold and the change in ownership is awful. In the past year our rent increased by 12%, we have a rodent living in our wall and we’re told they can’t do anything about it because they can’t find the hole, there are now roaches, and it costs a ridiculous amount to be able to heat our apartment because of poor insulation and cracks in doors and windows. It also took a month to fix a giant hole in our ceiling
Don’t rent here. When something breaks (which it will) it won’t get taken care of in a timely manner for the amount you pay in rent this place is despicable

There are always going to be nice places to live but the underlining factor that everyone should take into account would be the crew who would be dealing with unexpected emergency situations (i.e. flooding, power outages, etc). Anyone can complete a regular service request but not many can handle emergencies when they unfortunately arise. I 100% would recommend The Hamilton at Kings Place to everyone based on how responsive and great their crew was from start to finish dealing with my scenario. I know that my situation could have been 100 times worse if there wasnt such an amazing crew to help me through it. So I sincerely appreciate the hard work these employees put in to make my life so much easier.
The Hamilton is a wonderful place to live! I feel like I can come home without any worries; a great team of people work here and make home, the most comfortable place to rest day and night.
I am so impressed with the Leasing Office staff professionalism, accommodations, and planned activities for the residents. The property grounds are kept up and maintenance is responsive. I definitely would recommend The Hamilton.
Its been amazing from the tour to the move in process! Such a great quiet location with many amenities such as coffe , shopping center and grocery store.

I have lived here for about two and a half years and this place is on its third management company. This most recent one, Greystar, is by far the worst. They decided to redo the leasing office located directly below my apartment, giving me very little notice. I was told it would last six weeks; it is still ongoing and closing in on six months. At one point, they told me the demolition phase didn't count as part of the original six week estimate. They then lied to me about how long the demolition went on for and when the actual construction started. I was also told the construction would never start until 8am, however, they will often start before 7am and will run until around 6pm. They often show up on weekends too. The office told me that the construction team said they never worked on weekends, which is a blatant lie. There is so much noise during this time that I often flee my home to go stay with friends. Once they approved a jackhammer. I went to a friends place because of the deafening sound, but talking with neighbors, the jackhammering went on for several hours. The building shakes so much that walls and ceiling are cracking and some counters are separating from the walls. In the summer, they cut my AC line and it took several days to get it fixed. They also killed my water pressure for several days. I have found nails around the construction site. Construction materials are left around and a dumpster has been sitting in the parking lot for months. The office has zero control over the construction as the construction vehicles are parked wherever they want, including parking people in and taking reserved spots. The office allowed the construction workers to chase my dog around my apartment. In dangerously low temperatures , it took the office three days to fix my heat. With every new issue, I get apologies and promises to do better, but that never happens. I strongly recommend anyone considering living here to find somewhere else.

Do not live here. The office is terrible. They said 6 months of construction, we're approaching month 6. But that's only the tip of the iceberg. Do. Not. Live. Here.
ive lived here for 6 months and i havent had any serious issues since ive lived here. only the beginning our ac wasnt working but that was resolved. i love the apartment, i dont have issues with parking or my neighbors.

The Hamilton felt like home before I even moved in. The apartments are well set-up and beautiful. I am happy to come home each day from work.
