Property Ratings at The Hamilton at Garden Valley
We do not have to deal with the unreliable elevators because we are on the 1st floor. However, we would not care to live on 2nd or 3rd for that reason. Lastly, we can say "The Hamilton is not perfect, but it is perfect for us."
I have only been here 2 weeks I really enjoy the,people who live here I hope to meet a lot more
We are comfortable living here and enjoy the amenities.
Management doest respond to problems. The maintenance is nonexistent. The pest control we pay for is not working and all I get is excuses. The gated community has one gate that hasnt been closed the 2 months I have been here. The halls smelt good and was kept clean when I first moved in and I am not sure what happened but now it smells like a nursing home most of the time dirty bed pans... ugh. I would like to speak to someone outside of this properties management team.
