Liz is super kind and empathetic! Not only does she maintain everything really well, but she also carefully hears your concerns and takes the time to give you the best answer. Along with great management, the condition of the unit, noise, rent, and location were all satisfactory.
A little unknown gem to live at in my opinion. super friendly neighbors 2 pools close to stores, food and much more. management is AWESOME always on top of things and really friendly Liz and handyman Frank are amazing people! 2 thumbs up!
I lived in this property for over three years. The apartment manager lived on premise and was available when I needed her. Any issues or problems were dealt with in a quick manner. I would recommend this property for a anyone looking for a place near the beach in Costa Mesa.
This apartment building has been here for as long as I can remember. Although, by the way it looks now you would never know! they have remodeled not only the units but all the common areas. The manager is always upbeat and positive, even though we as tenants can be tuff. I don't envy her position. Loved living here! If I come back to California I hope to return.
No upkeep in the apartment, what you see is what you get and nothing more. Takes forever for upkeep of pools, laundry facilities or apartment work. Been here since August and a list of items that were going to be done still have not been done. Steer clear and spend your money somewhere that care about your living situation.
I live here at Hamilton Apartments in Costa Mesa. The apartments were remodeled beautifully. They are clean, and have a really good amount of windows. I t never feels stuffy. Liz the on site manager couldn't have been more helpful in getting us settled in. Happy we found the place!
