North Daniel Island begins just south of I-526 and extends northeast to the edge of the Francis Marion National Forest. While slightly less populated than Daniel Island proper, North Daniel Island residents enjoy fast access to the popular shopping and dining district along Seven Farms Drive. Downtown Charleston is only about 14 miles southwest of North Daniel Island, a commute of less than 20 minutes. Living at The Halcyon has been a great experience. From the moment I toured the property, Jenna, the property manager, was so welcoming and made me feel right at home. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. I love the screened-in porch and the open floor plan in my apartment—it makes the space feel bright and comfortable. It truly feels like home here.

I recently went on a tour at the Halcyon, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience! From the moment I arrived, Jenna, who is the property manager, made me feel just as welcomed as she did over the phone when I first called to get information. The tour was incredibly personable, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their residents and future residents, and really take pride in the community. Jenna was not only knowledgeable but also exceptionally friendly, answering all my questions with patience and enthusiasm (I had a long list of questions). She took the time to understand what I was looking for in a home and made sure to highlight all the features that would best suit my needs. It was extremely comforting to feel so supported, as I am downsizing from a house and going through an extremely stressful situation. Overall, this was one of the best apartment tours I’ve ever had. If you’re considering making the Halycon your next home, I highly recommend this place. Beautiful community and exceptional customer service goes a long way!
