Nice

Community is nice and everything is new. Amenities are a plus as I don’t have to travel far or go out of my way to go to a gym, pool. They are always up kept. Spacious home!

This Place is Beautiful

I’ve lived here for 3 months and I’m in love with the amenities!!! I love the clubhouse and cabanas at the pool. I’ve had 3 get togethers and everyone loves this place!!! It’s very clean for being a dog pet community. Doggy stations and a doggy salon is downstairs. Maintenance keeps this place running. I always see them everyday cleaning up or keeping up with the pools. For the price it’s worth living here!! Compared to anything else in the area.

Poor management and RATS

I have lived at TGOM for nearly two years. The community has had a constant flip of management and staff. Not one manager or assistant manager has been on staff for more that 90 days at a time. They fail to keep pest under control although tenants pay for pest control monthly. Last week I was greeted by a RAT on my 4th floor balcony and I emailed management and they have yet to even address the concern with me. I have been on the schedule for pest control for nearly a month and no one has shown up to spray. The grounds are not cleaned on the weekends and homeless people sleep outside on the residents patio furniture. No security, gates to the garage are always broken so random people come in and out as they please, bugs in the units, trash everywhere on the weekends, and when you take your concerns to management they are ignored. These people don't live here so they couldn't care less what the quality of life is outside of the office appearance. I have never lived in a multi unit apartment building until moving to AZ and I never will again. The neglect by this management company has taught me a huge lesson. For the amount of money tenants pay to live in this building, I cannot believe my experience here.

Leasing office is terrible

They told me a discharged bankruptcy would not be an issue then denied my application 4 days later for that issue. They said they were not aware it was 7 years. 3 weeks later and i am still waiting for my $250 to be returned by them and they are not taking my calls.
