Property Ratings at The Grove on Brockington
This by far has been a great experience. Management so nice response fast, maintenance usually gets to you that day. Very quiet there updating everything as tenants move out. Prices are low compared to others. Definitely RECOMMEND
This is not a great place to live, but it is affordable. The property is always broke. Can never buy from the vendors because of no money and 85% of the residents pay on time. I don't know what the home office is doing with the money. but its very cheap you get what you pay for. great head maintenance guy though he is very knowledgeable. But a broke property will continue to get worse.
I have never lived in a location with so many problems. In the time I lived there we had 5-6 different managers. The manager there now you can't call or speak to her, because she is extremely rude to you. We had constant problems getting things fixed. We tried and tried but seemed to never be able to get it fixed until months or even a year had passed by. I do not recommend living here. They frequently close the pool during the summer and accuse residents of breaking things. When you call to ask the manager raises her voice at you and expresses you, the resident, is the reason it is closed and she won't be opening it. So you are paying for a pool you can't even use. They don't take care of the outside nor the inside. They have so much work that needs to be done and after every other month walk throughs from the staff nothing has changed.
