I love my apartment?? love the grounds, they are so pretty. I love the mature trees the landscaping. I love that their sidewalks everywhere. I’m really enjoying the pet park. I’m excited for summer because they’re a barbecue grills all around me. The pool area looks gorgeous. Can’t wait to use it in the summer. i’ve met a few neighbors already after only two days. They all seem very friendly. I love the fact that this is a gated community and I feel safer here. all three of the leasing agents, including Jennifer that worked with us are so helpful.

Being at the apartment has been a good experience. The place is quiet so far it seems the neighbors are respectful .the amenities are convenient especially the air pump that was a good idea .overall I am enjoying my time here .

Overall, I’ve had a good experience living at The Grove at Waterford Crossing. Maintenance requests are handled fairly quickly, and the grounds are kept nice. There’s always room for small improvements, but the management team does a great job keeping residents happy.

Haven’t been here long but I like the area and the quietness of the apartments. Along with it being fully gated. The addition of being right across from the lake is nice too

The location and layout of our house are wonderful, it feels like a real home! However, the inside of the house we moved into wasn't as clean as we expected. When we explained our problems to the person who was looking after us, she was very attentive and tried to solve them immediately, but even after 2 weeks, no one came to clean our balcony and we had to deal with the bugs ourselves, and I was bitten by a spider.

The community is wonderful and peaceful have no issues thus far.the place is clean neighbors are friendly and staff inform about stuff on a timely manner .
The inside of the units are a wee outdated and used, but gives enough room for a lower price compared to the rest of the market. The established trees around the buildings make it feel more like a neighborhood that apartment living. The pool is not very clean and for me that is the number one amenity i use. Disappointing. 3.5 stars if i could.
I just moved in and love it! Staff, particularly Abby, are awesome! The grounds are well kept and being next to the lake is an added bonus. The move in process was so smooth.

The Grove genuinely feels like a residential community, not an apartment complex. All of our neighbors are friendly and welcoming, everyone in the leasing office is kind and they feel more like friends than leasing agents. This is not your standard big company owned apartment complex. We love it here!

Office staff and maintenance staff have been very quick to respond to our requests. The pool area is kept clean. The sprinklers water the new landscaping appropriately. Still need some dead bushes around the pool removed.

We have been here, at the Groves at Waterford for about 3 months now. So far, we are enjoying all of the amenities and the property as a whole, with no complaints at all. We love the level of attention from the service staff, the grounds are immaculate and kept well, the atmosphere is quite and pleasant. I do part time work, that takes me off site and the days that I work, I am always looking forward to coming home and relaxing on the balcony. Our neighbors are great and we feel like we have found a great micro- community within the larger community here. We are already in some discussion about renewing our lease when that time comes around next year. Thank you to the office and service staff for all that you have done to this point in time.

I like it here because it is a quiet environment, I feel safe and it is clean, I like that there is a fitness room and a swimming pool. what I would do differently if I could, I would change the temperature in the fitness room it is very hot.

Wonderful and peaceful place .so far I have notice that the neighbors that I have interacted with are pleasant .The best part is that it is safe to be out of your apartment anytime of the night without far and it accessible to the shopping community.

Do yourself a Favor and look elsewhere. I really thought it was a great place the first year or so, but the longer I lived there the more I saw things that displeased me as a Renter. The topping was when I received my final Statement after moving out. Due to numerous leaks in the Roof Stains formed on the Ceiling. After fixing the Leaks they were never touched up. No problem, I thought, until at the end I was charged 180 dollars for something that was not my Fault. The Valet Service is a whole other Issue that never worked properly. At times we were asked to hold back on putting our trash outside for days, leaving us no choice but to live with Trash a few days old. So, to sum it up there are definitely better choices to be had in Hendersonville. I think that the amount of vacant apartment speak volumes that seem to confirm my Complaints

It a great apartment complex. The staff is super friendly and help the best they can. The noise from other neighbors is not too loud so you can still enjoy your peace. I would recommend to stay here

We just moved in to our new apartment yesterday, and so far we’ve been really enjoying our new home. The office staff was really helpful and friendly, they provided us with some great advice and information regarding the community. I personally am happy that the community is secure and gated. I am always concerned about the security of my family in our home in general, and the security measures that are in place brings me peace of mind. We haven’t had a chance to work with the maintenance team yet, but I believe that will be happening in the next week or two, as we get a little more settled. The only problem that I can see is that access to manage the finances in the portal is limited to one person, and not necessarily the person who handles the finances of the household. It’s my belief that such access should be available to any person(s) who makes up the totality of the household finances.

Tash and the whole front office as well as maintenance are amazing. They are quick to help with any questions, or situations that may arise while living here. The complex is well maintained although the dog park could use new grass or maybe turf if there was a way to wash the turf so the dogs fluids wouldn’t smell. Everybody in the complex I’ve met have been very friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a nice community to live in.
