The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I enjoy living at The Grove at Village Oaks. Office staff is friendly and helpful.
The Grove at Village Oaks has a very desirable atmosphere. Management is very attentive to any issues that may arise. The move-in process was seamless and the neighborhood is very well kept and family friendly.
Beautiful home, amazing management team, I couldn’t be happier. Despite the higher than I’d like to pay rent, I couldn’t find another rental in this same price range that compared because the location was my priority for all of my kids schools. Once you factor in the benefits of on site maintenance and everything that’s included in the rent, it doesn’t even compare to the other options. I’m very happy with my home and plan to live here until my divorce is final and I can buy a house in the same area.
Since moving in last July everyone has been great! We love living here and not having to worry about any issues because they take care of everything right away! Homes are beautiful and the neighborhood is so nice.

Thank you so much for your review! We are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience!
The Grove is exactly what my kids and I needed. Raising my children is my priority as a single mother, so not having to worry about major repairs and landscaping services is such a relief. Our house has a two-car garage, a fenced-in backyard, and ample space to spread out. Getting a mortgage as a single parent is challenging, but I wanted my children to have a place to call home with a backyard to play in and a living room big enough to have family and friends over. DR Horton has given us that opportunity, and I'm incredibly grateful.
