Grove at Deerwood

Its a nice community. The rent is affordable, and you get a good value for your money. The location is excellent. Ive enjoyed living here.

This is a wonderful location that provides a sense of tranquility within an urban environment, and all the conveniences an urban environment supplies.

This is a roach infested complex. The office communication is ZERO. Non cooperative, and horrible attitudes. This is obviously NOT the PLACE LIVE. Once you sign, YOU'RE STUCK HERE. All I asked for this time was just to replace my filter on 2/3/21 and it's been 2 days and it is Friday. Most likely this will not get gone before Monday. I cannot even get them in here to spray for the roaches. Glad we are moving out, this place is not in any condition to call home. I have a patio that when it rains or wild cats are there I cannot even get to my Washer and Dryer without danger from the animals or the unsafe conditions on my patio. They just changed out our roof on our building las month. There are still leftovers of trash. I doubt it will get picked up. It has been weeks. My first almost year here was 10X better than the last. I'm not sure why but management lost it's care for the residents. Many neighbors complain about the attitude and roaches. Now we have spiders too. I gave the office a receipt for raid I had to go and buy. that was in January, no reimbursement to date. btw to add insult to injury, I'm in Stage 4 Cancer taking daily Chemo since 4/15/2020 and the office is aware. Since they can feel no shame in treating a Disabled Cancer patient, how will YOU GET TREATED living here? Maybe the corporate offices are not aware? I welcome the corporate office to contact me.

Very helpful staff and the ease and speed in which everything is handled is wonderful. I really enjoyed working with Sarah and would recommend anyone I know to this property.

Really peaceful atmosphere and friendly neighbors. Great response times from the repair technicians. Only issue is strange men drinking out by the garbage disposal late at night and all the empty bottles left behind.

ConAm has done a great job in keeping the community very nice, the staff could not be better. They are professional, well informed and they care about the your concerns. The maintenance workers are also professional and experienced. I have always felt safe when the come into my home even when I am not there. That speaks volume.

Overall pretty please with my time at The Grove at Deerwood. Great location and low costs in rent was exactly what I needed at the time. Management is friendly and there when you need them. Maintenance will usually have requests done within a day if not the same day. Recommended for anyone needing an apartment with low monthly rent.

Going on two years at this residence and amid the pandemic situation we're going through , my wife and I deeply appreciate all the considerations we were provided.

I only been here for a few days however from the time I applied to the move in the staff and maintenance was very friendly and helpful. So far so good.

The Grove at Deerwood Apts is a Great place to call home. The office and maintenance staff are all very professional. They treat us with the utmost respect. We have lived here for 7 years and are so happy we made The Grove at Deerwood our home.

As far my stay here has been rather comfortable and peaceful, no complaints as of yet!

Ive been living at the Groove for a month now. My neighbors are friendly, the apartment was spotless upon move in, very quiet at night and well lit. I feel very safe and glad I can call this my home ! Management has done an excellent job as well.

The grove is a quaint and quiet place to live has great walking paths and club amenities it also is close to 95 easy access to getting to work

Living here is good. My wife, & I like the location, & it's close to both of our jobs.

Overall friendly quiet community! Close to restaurants and shopping. Near the highway. Unfortunately after a few years you may have to move because it gets very expensive!

I've lived here for 2 years only had two maintenance issues within those two years they were minor completed in a timely fashion I've been living here for 2 years

So far, life at the Groves is fine. Nelson is a great manager, and Debbie and Brandy are truly the best. They are all attentive to your needs and they couldn't be better.

I have been living here for the past 5 years, the staff is very friendly and willing to help resolve any issues you might have, I have never have problem within this community.

I was hesitant about living in another apt because of my previous experience - apts so close together that there's no privacy or peace; abysmal maintenance, neighbors from hell lol. However, I've had a great experience here - the layout is great, the staff are friendly, helpful, professional & always available - it's clean, well maintained, bug free, I could go on!! I would definitely recommend these apartments!!! :)

Overall, this has been a good experience. The location is convenient to just about everything, the grounds are well-maintained, and the units are all well cared for. Maintenance is never an issue...always responsive and professional. Our only gripe has been the lack of security, especially during summer when school is out and non-residents SWARM the pool and hot tub to all hours of the night.

Living here has been great. Peaceful community, professional management team and great location.

Work was excellent and completed in a timely manner.

So far I have enjoyed living here the past year, it is conveniently close to places I enjoy and I feel pretty safe in this complex. There arent many disturbances, and maintenance comes the same day. The only thing I dont like here is that there are occasional bugs.

I love living here! Honestly one of the best places to live in the Jacksonville area. Fair rent prices with exceptional apartments and management. Keep up the good work!

The Grove is a wonderful place to live with awesome amenities! The staff is amazing and I just love living here!

Overall this is a good community, but not all residents respect public rules or other residents. I recommend that the management team to tighten the quiet hours rules and no temp parking along side the dumpster.

I am very particular about where i call home. I can't say yet that ive had a great experience here just yet. Hopefully the issues i am having will be corrected and not done to where the staff feels like they are doing me a favor.

Great location, in the middle of main access roads and entertainment venues in Jacksonville, safe, quiet and friendly neighbors.
