Property Ratings at The Greens of Fossil Lake
I have been living here since the beginning of the year, and overall, I am very disappointed. Many of the amenities advertised are either in poor condition or unusable. The dog park is unsafe, with broken obstacles and nails sticking out, which is dangerous for pets. The outdoor grills are completely broken and unusable, with damaged handles. There is an outdoor fridge, but it has always been locked, so residents cannot use it. The pool lights have never worked since we moved in. Our apartment itself was also not in good condition when we moved in. There was a hole in the closet door, a broken bathroom drawer that keeps falling out, and a loose cabinet door under the sink. The bathtub was not properly sealed, and when we reported it, we were told we would need to leave the apartment during repairs because of the smell. That is nearly impossible for us, as my spouse and I work opposite schedules and one of us is always home. The stove oven light also does not work. The gym equipment is broken, including in the spinning room, and there are no resident activities offered. Overall, the property feels neglected and overpriced for the condition it is in. Management needs to be replaced with a more efficient team that actually cares and maintains the property and provides the amenities they advertise on their website. At this point, it feels like residents are being scammed. There are constant weed smells when walking on the property, specially in the evening. On a positive note, it is nice to see so many rabbits around the complex, and the community itself is very quiet. Maintenance staff is very friendly.

We recently moved in and love the place, we had an issue with our ac not working when we moved in, we put in a maintenance request around 6pm and it was taken care of the very next day. Amazing community, would recommend to anyone!

This has been a great move for me. Everyone is friendly, the staff is excellent. I love my apartment. I have been here a few weeks and so far everything is good. The only issue I have is residents should not have to park in visitors just because visitors has taken all the parking. What's the purpose of having stickers if it means nothing? Visitors should park in visitors parking that's why the residents pay to live here and the visitors does not.

The Greens of Fossil lake is a nice community. The apartments are well maintained and have a nice design. Spacious bathroom with large tubs. My apartment has a beautiful sunroom with a beautiful view of the colorful and well kept landscape. Another key feature is safety. I feel very safe here. The office staff is very kind and professional. Maintenance is effective and I rarely need them as everything works good.

The Greens of Fossil Lake is a great place to live. It's pet-friendly, the staff is great, and the grounds are lovely. I've lived here twice, so obviously I like it here. A lot of the apartments have nice sized fenced yards, which is my favorite feature.

I love the community. Very quite area compared to my last apartment, Vera Presidio, however could use some updates. Very dog friendly community with a good size bark park and plenty of green area to walk. They also spring for the better scented clean up bags. I would say the best feature is that bottom units have fenced yards!!! I would live here forever if I had a fenced in yard. Office staff is wonderful to work with. Overall I am more than happy to be a resident here

The Greens of Fossil Lake has excellent Property Management. Always kept in Tip Top Shape. Renters concerns are taken seriously. Know people who have lived here since 2008. That should say something about our community! I plan to stat here a long time!

Awesome management and staff. Been here for a couple years, and never had an issue. Nice views, friendly neighbors, dog park, and plenty of parking. Apartment residents can paint their walls. 1st floor residents with flowers and gardens. Gosh, I hope to stay here as long as I can.
