Property Ratings at The Greenery Apartment Homes
I've been living in the Greenery Apartments in Campbell for 6 months now. I can say that the area is very safe, and enjoyable. The management is very responsive with dealing with any sort of fixes or complaints. The apartment size is awesome. I'm totally living comfortably in a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a roommate. The rooms are big and the living room is a good size for entertaining guests. I think the only issue I have with this place (and the most common issue with apartment complexes) is the parking. The regular parking spots fill up fast and so does the street parking. I sometimes have to park across the street and walk over but its not that big of a deal.
Beautiful Lush Green Apartment Building in the heart of a growing city. Full of big trees to keep your apartment cool in the summer, feels like your in Tahoe! Close to every major freeway, shopping, restaurants, and malls. But when you come home, you can sit on your patio, and take a breath, or walk your dog on the manicured grounds. The staff is friendly and always willing to get whatever your needs met.
