I’m enjoying my new home. Maintenance is good with fixing issues. The community is great. My son love the little park they have. It needs to be cleaned but it’ll do for now. We’re patiently awaiting for the pool to open. I use to have hardwood floors and I didn’t think I would like carpet, but I’m absolutely enjoying it.

It's a decent apartment but a lot had to be fixed after we moved in and last night my Smart Lock broke and I've been locked inside all night.
The tower I live in is a quiet tower. My neighbor is friendly and was very welcoming when I moved into the complex. The neighbors keep the area clean in the building.

I have reported a smell coming from the wall between my closet & bathroom more than once. The office has sent the maintenance personnel to check it out while I was at home. Being in a 1bd/1bath apartment, they did not want to open the walls, which may result in relocating to another apartment. The odor is still there. The residents tend to drop a lot of trash on the grounds & I try to keep the area in front of my apartment clean, even on the weekend.
I’ve been here 5 years and enjoy this neighborhood. My neighbors are very kind and the rent is pretty affordable for a single person. I plan on stay here as long as I can, or until I save up for my house.

My 4 year's here things transpired throughout my year's here the mangerment I've seen three set of mangerment come in and when I had issues starting with the new mangerment that's here now and the one's that have left as all been welcoming to my concerns with the unit I'm living in and Maintenence have been well I've seen neighbors come and go some respect community we're we live at and some didn't respect the community but that's what comes with living in a complex environment I kept peace with all my neighbors know them or not! My stay here as pleasant, and not so pleasant and some harmful things have taken place along my stay here as well but the Lord Jesus christ brought through and I'm thankful for that I was able to go to mangerment as well to express my feelings always in a respectful manner and I appreciate the time they spent listening and understanding ?? me .and over all my experience has been okay

Great apartment! Application process was smooth and easy! Great apartment inside is nice and updated with keyless entry which I was looking for. The only thing is the communication with the staff and the complex was almost nonexistent when it comes to answer the phone.

Everything is going well now that that mail system is fixed. Maintenance gets things fixed so fast I was having a problem with the system of the mailbox and getting updates and adjusting to doing stuff on the system or on line.That is the only thing that has really been a problem because not everyone has computer skills and it’s taken for granted that I have computer skills

There has been an increase in vehicle break-ins and the parking situation is a mess. Some vehicles have just been sitting in the very few "visitor parking" spots. The shady towing company is just towing vehicles to get a quick dollar.

Nice neighborhood quiet and kid friendly units are very spacious just wish we had better pest control. Convenient stores in area and love the pool and gym definitely recommend

I've been here for 7 years and its been a different experience with each change of staff. Overall, its been an okay experience. The community isn't what is used to be due to the change in residents. However, maintenance has always been great. Hopefully this new staff will make some good changes.

I’ve only been living here for a week now, but I have no complaints yet. The office staff and maintenance team are extremely nice and helpful. All requests and questions have been answered in a timely manner. My neighbors have been very sweet and the neighborhood has been quiet. I was told that I’m going to like living here and I believe they are correct.

If you are looking for affordable housing this is a good place. I was amazed by how affordable the apartments are. I was helped the whole way by Luna. She was phenomenal. She answered all my questions and made sure my move was smooth. It’s great to be in my own space again.
