The popular Ingram Park Mall is an indoor shopping destinations filled with well-known stores like Dillard’s, Macy’s, and JCPenney. The mall sits along I-410, making it easy for area residents to get around the San Antonio area. Downtown San Antonio is only about 10 miles southeast from Ingram Park, so the area is a terrific option for commuters who want to get to work in under 15 minutes. In addition to the mall, Ingram Park is close to the San Antonio Aquarium, Cathedral Rock Park, and the Grissom Trailhead. SeaWorld San Antonio is on the southwest side of the neighborhood.

I love it. Here been here going on 2 years it’s quite and I love the staff Kim Linda and Sandra they always help when they can maintenance are good at fixing things no complaints here..no matter where you live there will always be an issue not every place is perfect
So living here was alright, the staff was always friendly, and the accommodations are nice compared to how much you pay. Where this place earns its one star is for what happened after I stopped residing here. Two weeks after I moved out I received a letter from a debt collector asking for $200, it was a debt from the Granite, so instead of calling me or contacting me any other way they automatically went to a debt collector, I had lived there two plus years and had only every had one late payment and I even warned them in advance that I would pay one day late. So yeah this place is decent for living but the owners are scumbags and will milk you for everything you are worth.
DO NOT rent at The Granite at Tuscany Hills! The office staff provide false information, poor communication skills with tenants. Apartments are old, and staff state their units are renovated, however, that is false. Roaches everywhere. Take your business else where.
The Granite at Tuscany hills has made renting comfortable, affordable, and enjoyable. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Maintenance is quick, knowledgeable and the best part very trustworthy. Parking always available. Office staff is friendly and professional. I'd recommend them to everyone. We love coming home!
