Property Ratings at The Grand Mill District
The management team is impossible to communicate with, rude, and does not care about current residents. The apartment is overpriced and disguised as a “luxury” building. The carpets are stained with dog pee and the elevators reek of pee and weed. Save yourself a couple hundred dollars a month and go to someplace down the street.

The location is very nice in Downtown Minneapolis, with a close distance to bus stops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Also the beautiful Mississippi river is close by. Staff is friendly. Not cheap but likely better value than a downtown apartment in many other American cities like Washington D.C. from what little research I have done.

My boyfriend moved here after living in Uptown and couldn't love this building more! All of the staff and residents are very warm and friendly. The amenities and common areas are well maintained and clean at all times. The building also feels very safe and has 24/7 front desk employees that are very helpful anytime you need it. Very happy with our choice to move here!

Quiet living in and excellent area of downtown Minneapolis!
Ive been in many other communities downtown. Latitude is by far the best. Best tenants, concierge and amenities. The location is perfect for arts, entertainment and daily shopping.

I love living at Lat 45. The fact that it is connected to the skyway is a huge plus. Especially when it is way too hot or way too cold. I love Latitude 45! The building is very safe and secure. I'm very pleased with how dog-friendly the community is and how easy it is to maneuver the building and apartment! I recommend Lat 45 to any of my friends that are moving.

Latitude45 has been my home for the past 2 years and I cant say enough good things. It has been such a positive experience. Wonderful amenities, perfectly maintained and cleaned, great front desk staff and managers, real attention to detail. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond to fix any issues with appliances or repairs. Highly recommend living in this great building.

I moved in when they opened in Oct 2015! Staff and receptionists are all fantastic!I reside in Chicago downtown on weekends so mostly here on weekdays! L45 is comfortable, convenient, accommodating living!
