I recently stayed in this apartment and it was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. The apartments are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I love the quiet environment, and the neighbors are friendly. Parking is easy, and I never have to worry about safety. It feels like home.
What really stands out is the management here. They genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s rare to find such responsive and helpful staff.

Living at Colonial Garden Apartments has been a really great experience. The community is peaceful, clean, and well taken care of. The apartments themselves are spacious, with a good layout that makes them feel comfortable and homely. The location is very convenient, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transport, which makes day-to-day living easy. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the management team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The surrounding gardens and green areas are a big plus—it’s nice to have a relaxing environment right outside your door. Parking is also hassle-free, which is something I really appreciate. Overall, Colonial Garden Apartments is a welcoming place to live, offering comfort, convenience, and a great community atmosphere. Disappointing experience with Colonial Garden Appartment's leasing office. We scheduled an appointment for two consecutive days, but it was a waste of time both times. On the first day, the office was closed with no one showing up. On the second day, we arrived on time, viewed the apartment, and were told it was already taken. It would have been helpful to know beforehand, making our tour pointless. Poor communication and organization. Not impressed.

She was very patient. Calm, and collective. She explained things very clearly, and was very helpful overall. Great work, manager!
Maintenance workers smoke cigarettes while making repairs to the apartments. This isn’t a clean from smoke free apartments at all !! Maintenance workers are very messy and dirty while making repairs to the apartments . They leave a mess all the time. Also never fix the problems right you need to be requesting every week until they fix problems.
When I think of the word community, Colonial Garden Apartments comes to mind. The redwoods trees are a reminder that I’m not in a complete concrete jungle. That said, I love being so close to shops and restaurants in town. It’s truly a one of a kind community. I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment, to move to Colonial Garden!
Wouldn’t advise anyone to move in here! I was a tenant for 2 years and they randomly gave me a 60 day to vacate so they could “remodel” my already remodeled apartment. Dumpsters are always full, there’s no on site manager. Luckily they do fix things pretty fast but that’s about the only good thing they do.
1bd/1bth apartment is so spacious. the downstairs unit has the best patio space. we also have a storage unit included that houses a washer/dryer. truly a great price for quality of life and space.
