Move In was great!The office staff is amazing! I love all the amenities! The commute to my job is great. The area is centralized to everything! It’s quiet & perfect just for me!

Been a good experience thus far at the Grace Residences; a few maintenance issues, but they have/are being resolved by the apartment building.

Very attentive staff! I have enjoyed my home and the amenities. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great environment and place to live.

Super happy here. It’s been super calm and quiet. Everyone is friendly and maintenance is quick. The location is tucked away so there isn’t a lot of riff raff but everything is also still only a 4 minute drive away.

Love living at the Grace. I've been here since August 2024 and can't envision having picked a better place to stay. From the ease of access to the best parts of the city, to the amenities, to the staff and community events; it's the best place to stay

My stay thus far has been very good. The building is always kept so clean. The amenities are extremely nice. I am excited to know we are able to earn rewards for during our time here!

The Grace Residences is the definition of luxury yet brings you the feel of being home. The staff are beyond welcoming and always are willing to help, maintenance is on point with everything they do, and the building feels brand new every day I walk in. The professionalism is what will make me renew my lease for years to come!

My move in experience was really good. The parking deck is very secured and the building has maintained its cleanliness. The building doesn’t seem full but the elevators are quick and the residence are friendly.

Been here for about 9 months now. Was one of the early move-ins here. Love this place. Feels like a hotel. Great gym, pool area, working area. I feel pretty secure here as well too.

So far being a resident here has been amazing! Everybody in the leasing office is super sweet and helpful. the complex is beautiful and quiet. Maintenance is also very quick to fix any problems I’ve had. I absolutely love being at the Grace

I’ve lived at the Grace for about 6 months and it has been a fantastic experience. The community is well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and clean, modern amenities. The management team is incredibly responsive and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which has been a huge relief. The apartments themselves are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality finishes and plenty of natural light. The location is also a major plus—close to shopping, dining, and public transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. The amenities are top-notch, from the fitness center and pool to the community lounge and pet-friendly spaces. I also appreciate the events hosted by the management team that help foster a sense of community.

The Grace is a perfect home for my son and I. It’s quiet and the leasing team are very accommodating and supportive! Top tier living experience for me.

Great place to live at with great views of the city. Office staff are very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is also quick with repairs or issues I’ve had in my apartment. Overall if you’re looking for a place to live close to downtown Atlanta I highly recommend.

I am in the process of relocating to Atlanta and had the opportunity to meet with Darrius and take a tour of multiple apartments at The Grace. As a Southern Native, Darrius professionalism and hospitality while providing the tour was nothing short of exceptional. I appreciated the detailed walk-thru! The location of the property conveniently located midtown and the amenities are a plus. I am currently looking at a few other places but strongly considering The Grace.

As a new resident to Atlanta, I was nervous about the various locations to live. After one visit and tour with Darius, I'm completely sold! He was professional and kind to me and my spouse. He provided lots of details that we hadn't even considered. I've never felt so excited about moving! The property is exquisite.

Although I ultimately decided to purchase a home, my experience with Darius and this property left a lasting impression. I’ve had a decent experience living here overall. The staff, especially David and Taylor, are always professional, helpful, and kind. The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, though the walls are very thin—I can hear my upstairs neighbor’s every step. That said, I’m not happy with the new guest parking rules and fees. It costs $25 for a guest to stay for just three hours, which feels very inconsiderate since residents want to be able to host friends and family. On top of that, there’s a $50 monthly parking fee for residents, and I believe that fee should be used to allow free guest parking or at least eliminate the resident parking charge. These policies weren’t disclosed upfront, and honestly, if I’d known about them, I might have chosen a different place.

The process has been super easy and convenient. The staff has been super helpful and great to work with. The amenities are better in person, you can tell the detail in the work put into distinguishing the complex Happy to be home.

I love living at The Grace Residences. So far, it has been an amazing experience. It’s honestly very peaceful around here. Management are exceptional and caters to their tenants needs effectively.

Came in to tour the property and had the pleasure of working with a gentleman by the name of Darius. He was very polite and courteous. Was very well knowledgeable on what was located in the area. I toured several different floor plans with Darrius. He was amazing! He took his time and was patient with me. I was so indecisive because they have so many options to choose from. He knew the property so well and gave me all of the necessary info.

The apartments are beyond beautiful, amazing views of the city, the pool area is everything I could want and the top floor amenity options are endless. The art throughout the shared community spaces is also so beautiful! I can't wait to move in!

I recently toured this property and was stunned by these beautiful apartments. Awesome, quality finishes and views! The appearance of the building is very high end and I love the common area walls/wallpaper. The renderings that I was shown for some amenities made me think “sophisticated elegance!”
