The community itself is quiet and feels safe, and the amenities are a huge plus. From the common areas to the overall atmosphere, everything feels thoughtfully designed. The leasing and management team were also very helpful and responsive throughout the leasing process, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
The Grace is the best apartment property I've lived in so far. The staff is great, maintenance comes in a timely fashion if you need them. The amenities are awesome. I have no complaints

So far, living here has been an excellent experience. The property is extremely safe and well maintained. The office staff is outstanding. They’re professional, courteous, and consistently helpful. Maintenance is top-tier, easily the best I’ve experienced. Housekeeping keeps property spotless,and package room is always organized. The amenities are thoughtfully designed and high quality. The gym is very nice, though it could be slightly larger. The community spaces and balcony are beautiful. The grocery market downstairs is convenient, especially for late-night snacks/quick essentials. Areas for improvement: Nearby office buildings load and unload equipment as early as 6:45 a.m., with backup beeping and multiple dumpsters being emptied that are loud. I would appreciate if management encouraged residents to maintain a more polished appearance in common areas, it’s not uncommon to see tenants collecting deliveries in robes/bonnets/slippers, which can be embarrassing when hosting guests.

I love living here at The Grace Residences!?? My South-facing view from my apartment is amazing! I can see a lot of downtown Atlanta, including skyscrapers, the Ferris wheel and the Mercedes Benz Stadium.??????? I’m very visual so the great view is a mood-booster for me. I also enjoy the peace and quiet and having a top floor unit, as well as the great amenities.

Awesome! I love it here. I was one of the first residents. I don’t have any complaints thus far. The only thing is I just wish we could swap out some of the equipment in the gym and have a heated pool.

The staff has been very professional and helpful! I had a couple of issues when I first moved in that had me annoyed and took over a month to fix in my unit, but the work orders have gotten better. My only issue now is that I was promised a concession after 30 days of living in my unit and it will be 90 days come 10/15 and I'm still getting the run around about that. Other than that, the community is beautiful and I think it's a great value for the cost of my unit.

Super happy here. It’s been super calm and quiet. Everyone is friendly and maintenance is quick. The location is tucked away so there isn’t a lot of riff raff but everything is also still only a 4 minute drive away.

Great place to live at with great views of the city. Office staff are very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is also quick with repairs or issues I’ve had in my apartment. Overall if you’re looking for a place to live close to downtown Atlanta I highly recommend.

As a Southern Native, Darrius professionalism and hospitality while providing the tour was nothing short of exceptional. I appreciated the detailed walk-thru! The location of the property conveniently located midtown and the amenities are a plus. I am currently looking at a few other places but strongly considering The Grace.

I’ve had a decent experience living here overall. The staff, especially David and Taylor, are always professional, helpful, and kind. The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, though the walls are very thin—I can hear my upstairs neighbor’s every step. That said, I’m not happy with the new guest parking rules and fees. It costs $25 for a guest to stay for just three hours, which feels very inconsiderate since residents want to be able to host friends and family. On top of that, there’s a $50 monthly parking fee for residents, and I believe that fee should be used to allow free guest parking or at least eliminate the resident parking charge. These policies weren’t disclosed upfront, and honestly, if I’d known about them, I might have chosen a different place.

I recently toured this property and was stunned by these beautiful apartments. Awesome, quality finishes and views! The appearance of the building is very high end and I love the common area walls/wallpaper. The renderings that I was shown for some amenities made me think “sophisticated elegance!”
