Horrible, they rushed moving people in to fill the units, all the crime you could ever ask for, not to mention the horrible area of tryon, save your time move somewhere else. We have had FIVE leaks in our apartment, not to mention the beer cans we found in the place after it was done being built. The contractors were drinking on the job, explains why the building was built so poorly. We are having our 6TH LEAK in our roof today!! This has been going on for two years! This is an absolute joke, I work way too hard to live this way. You guys never fixed this. SIX LEAKS

This complex could definitely be better. The wifi is always disconnecting. The parking is horrible especially with more people moving in. No room for guests to park. Trash piles up in hallways from valet not picking up sometimes. Floors/ceilings are very thin. I can feel the floor vibrate when my 6lb dog jumps off the couch. And I always hear my upstairs neighbor walking or closing their cabinets. I for sure won’t be renewing my lease so thankfully this is only temporary. Maintenance is pretty good about fixing any issues in a timely manner. They finally put grass in the dog park and have hired extra security. My keyless entry stopped working out of no where and had to wait over 2hrs for maintenance to fix it since they didn’t have materials on hand. Imagine if that happened at 12am. They had to put a deadbolt on. Lowest quality “luxury” apartments. I waited at least 3 weeks for a new latch system which I had to request otherwise they probably would’ve left me with a deadbolt.

I don’t leave a ton of reviews, but for other people moving from out of state like myself, it is really hard to get genuine insight on a place that weighs the pros and cons. You either get people that love everything or are mad and inflate any cons. None of which helps you make a decision on selecting your new home. I overall really enjoy this community and I hope my review helps with your apartment search!!! First, I am going to start with the cons – which really is just location. I was a little apprehensive from my initial research, but it looked so cute online that I decided to give it a tour. I am so glad I did!!!! I am not going to say that the area is my favorite…but they have 24 hour security on site AND it is a controlled access community, so you can’t get in without your programmed access. I feel really comfortable with the staff, all my new neighbors were incredibly friendly, and although the location wasn’t my top pick, it is close to everything I need with a better price and awesome move-in promo. I also heard from some neighbors that a lot of the ‘issues’ in the reviews were under a different team and when they were under construction. So I can’t speak to that. But currently…I’ve been super happy! The pros – community, amenities, and staff. Moving to a new area, I love that Livano has social events. I really feel like I’m able to meet people here and have a sense of community & knowing my neighbors is really important to me. They also have breath taking amenities! There is a workspace with private offices, an AMAZING gym (with a mirror trainer!), sky lounges, beautiful pool, electric car charging stations, and so much more! It seriously feels like you are walking into a hotel!!! The staff is so friendly and helpful! When I was initially calling around, so many other apartments wouldn’t even give me the time of day! No thank you! The Livano team has been very responsive and has went above and beyond to assist me! So I feel the pros outweigh the cons for sure…hence my decision to lease! I love my new apartment and would totally recommend at least checking them out and going in for a tour!

My first weekend in my apartment and we have a pool party. I had so much fun, the staff was very inviting and really made me feel like home. I met so many nice people. Even after the party was over, Ms D, and the maintenance team stayed at the pool with me and others and just talked about life. I have never been with a community where the staff actually put in effort to show their residents that they care. This New Yorker loving the southern touch.

Just when I thought this community couldn’t get any worse, especially because of the poor, disrespectful management, the valet trash man refused to take the trash from me and my girlfriend’s apartment because it was “too heavy”. However, he harassed us throughout the entire community and proceeded to throw the “too heavy” trash bag 15 feet in the air in attempts to hit us. If that wasn’t bad enough, he then attempted to run us over with the trash cart at about 10 miles per hour. I am over this complex, and I am definitely considering taking my concerns further. Corporate never addresses your issue, and rent is sky high. If I were you, I would stay as far as I possibly could from these apartments. Why pay mid rise prices for these apartments when you can get the same experience for much cheaper in the hood?

The staff isn’t equipped to handle the most basic tasks like being available during their office hours or promptly addressing maintenance issues. The renderings are just renderings, imagine all of the amenities here smaller and less functional. WE PAY TO USE THE BUSINESS CENTER and the ‘dog park’ is a hill of dirt filled with sticks and potholes. So if you want your dog finding ticks and pay to print one sheet of paper this place is for you. It’s a pity honestly because the apartments themselves are nice. It just sucks dealing with terrible management/policies. Oh also I’ve been here for over a year and the construction crew is still here, so good luck WFH

1. Definitely move here if you like having your vehicle broken into, 2. Move here if you like being dismissed/disrespected by the leasing manager. Cold and doesn't care for the residents. 3. Move here if you like scrambling for a parking spot because there isn't enough. 4. You should move here if you like being nickeled and dimed for everything.
