Nestled along the shores of Lake Mendota, Maple Bluff is a quaint, waterfront village about six miles north of Madison. Anchored by the lake, the Maple Bluff community lives for the water. You’ll find families and friends sailing, fishing, and swimming, along with other watersports. Surrounded by lush forests and filled with inland and waterfront parks, Maple Bluff balances rural and lakeside landscapes. Beach Park is a popular gathering place with a swimming pier, playground, fire pit, and beach house. This park also hosts several community events on the grassy field near the water or in the beach house. Although Maple Bluff feels secluded, the village has still has easy access to plenty of modern amenities. Maple Bluff is convenient to the Dane County Regional Airport and University of Wisconsin at Madison, along with other major destinations in the city.

I lived at The Gordon for 2 years and would have lived there longer if our family was still living in Madison. We loved our apartment, the building, and the neighborhood! Highly recommend this as your next home!
I can’t begin to praise the Gordon! Meticulously maintained. Skillfully managed and conveniently located. A great value in the Madison market!
Our time renting at The Gordon on Roxbury has been Amazing. It is a beautiful and spacious apartment with an incredible property manager Jodi and responsive maintenance by Terry. It is in a great walkable and bikeable location.
We drove by The Gordon by accident during our apartment search last November and thought it looked interesting. After a subsequent tour we were hooked. The Gordon compares very favorably with the luxury apartments along East Wash near the Capitol, but has the distinct advantage of being smaller and more intimate (only 29 units) and very quiet, with the added bonus of being able to enjoy some of the amenities of Maple Bluff like the country club. Everything is very new and immaculate and the finishes and fittings are all top class. We really like it here.
