There has been turnover in the management over the last two years and this go-around has been progressively worse. She is passive aggressive and rude at every turn. Everything may look nice but how she treats people who pay rent is unnecessary and shows she does not want to help. This current bout, there have been issues with out access gate to park leaving everyone to park in a public lot which does have break ins. She said "its an access gate, not a security gate." which it is a Restricted Access Gate and she does not give us the courtesy to acknowledge that its broken. The rest of the staff are nice and but the quality of life here has gone down and it is solely because of the property manager. It is no longer a place where you can go to the office for issues without being berated.

Lots of space but constant construction noise, pet noise, and fire alarms. It's a nice enough place, but not worth the price. My unit was not ready for move-in on the agreed upon date, and I find roaches pretty often. When there's construction, they give residents only a day's notice (sometimes not even that).

We were not informed of the constant construction and noise that would be occurring during our entire lease upon signing. Both on apartments as well amenities that we pay for and did not have access to use for most of the lease. They have changed delivery services AGAIN and refuse to take packages in the office during the mix up THAT THEY CAUSED with resident packages. They substantially upped rent to resign in the midst of a pandemic and economic crisis. They are a money making machine and that is all they care about. Resident comfort and relations is not of their concern. Terrible experience and will be moving out ASAP.
All was great while everything was great. Once a neighbor had an incident and it effected my apartment all went down the hill. Management couldn't care less about any issues. It was such an evident turn downhill with the change of the Management.

Lovely property but there are somethings that could be better. Pet owners do not curb their animals
The facility is always seems to be in a good state of repair. Requests for maintenance service are always cheerfully and rapidly responded to.
I like that the building is constructed with concrete which helps greatly with sound, Love the rooftop and the accesability to great restaurants and Cinnebistro.
It is the best community in the Town Brookhaven development...the others cost more and for somewhat similar or smaller square footage, though they did offer better initial incentives when we were looking. We chose this because the numbers worked out over the course of the lease and had the space layout we needed.
The Goodwynn is an absolutely beautiful property. The amenities here are by far one of the main reasons many choose this property over the competitors in the area. My only areas of concerns are the following.... The property is animal friendly, and while there's designated courtesy bags & an area for dogs to "release" themselves, there's quite a few tenants who refuse to oblige by this courtesy which makes the surrounding areas smell pretty badly, especially when the sun is blazing. Before moving in, I inquired about the walls & the level of noise in between them & was assured by the agent, because of its concrete floors & ceilings, the inside of the units are nearly sound proof. This could not be anymore further from the truth. I can hear nearly every footstep, bump, or cabinet close from my upstairs neighbor. Often I try to increase the volume on my television just to drown it out. This is a major issue for me & would not have signed a lease had I been privy to this priot to. Although I love the property, the tenants & the staff seems pretty polite & professional, Im not 100% sure if I'll renew the lease after its term simply because of the thin walls.
I haven't been here long but in the short time I've been here I've had an excellent experience. I love the area. The office personnel and maintenance have been great. The amenities are top of the line. It's everything I could have asked for and more.
Overall the residents here are friendly and the apartment is great!
Town Brookhaven is a great place if your looking for a place where you can walk to dining, stores, movies, and the gym. Upscale modern apartment complex where everything you need is within walking distance. The place is on the high end rent side, but you get the residences that reflect the high rent. Good place, enjoy while you can.
