Don’t leave here for real it’s so bad it’s a lot of roaches. They keep saying they will handle it they never will it’s a lot going on I am trying to get out of here they wont you to pay a lot for this nasty apartments it’s not safe for kids to live here
The office does not answer the phone. Maintenance takes 2-3 months to fix any thing. Roach infestation, leaking roof, tub does not drain properly and office have not done any thing about for 7 weeks save yourself time and money and find a better apartment!
Just don’t do it. They’ve put cheap updates in so they can double the rent without fixing major issues. Roaches, roof leaks, spray paint on windows, constant noise, no parking for residents. This place is a mess!

Infested with roaches. These are the most stubborn roaches nothing kills them. Management doesn't try to do anything to contain them they will try to blame them on tenants. Don't move here unless you are desperate. Apartments are old and have electrical problems, central heat and air don't work, water heater and furnace are in your apartment and burnt out fuse boxes

This place is infested with roaches. Nothing I mean nothing kills these things. Soon as I find a place, I will be breaking this lease. I love the neighborhood but I can't take these bugs.

Rat infestations.....its is November 16th 2021 and in 16 days i have caught 4 huge rats....not little mice Rats almost the size of my shoe i am in the process of breaking my lease. Please save yourself a headache and dnt move here.

The building is infested with bedbugs. I just lost everything. The neighbors say the management and maintenance has been aware of the issue and has yet to fix it.

Apartments flooding and creating damages to property, the apartment manager wants the tenants to get renters insurance because they don't want to be responsible for replacing damaged property. August 17th wake up to my living room flooded out.

They do NOT have a sercurity system!!!! I am still living here currently looking for somewhere else! Change property manager every 6-7 months been here 5 yrs.. it's cool if u need a decent place but if u can do better do better
