The Glen Luxury Townhomes

I lived here for two years while a graduate student at UWM. I enjoyed the close proximity to school and to Bayshore Mall. The property is well maintained, and management is friendly. Any maintenance always got taken care of quickly and effectively. I also enjoyed using the pool and the gym while I was living here. I would overall highly recommend!

Have absolutely loved living here! As someone who has previously worked as an apartment leasing agent (not for this company) and is very familiar with the property management field, I can strongly attest that the property management here is beyond phenomenal! The property manager Steve is incredibly professional and responds to questions and concerns promptly, often within minutes. Maintenance also does a very good job at attending to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Parking is also free of charge! Even though it is unassigned, as a 2nd/3rd shifter I have never once had trouble finding parking in the middle of the night and there are always plenty of spaces available. It feels like the staff here truly puts a lot of care into the living community and I’ve never once felt like I was being looked down upon or condescended too.

I absolutely loved it when I lived here. You get so much in terms of amenities and it's a great community of people that live there. It's very clean and quiet, and the property manager is great to work with.

I've lived at The Glen for years and both Steve and Lucas have been wonderful. Maintenance is completed quickly, grounds are kept clean, easy to get a hold of Steve if there's any issues and other tenants are courteous. Overall, I would recommend you check out The Glen if you're apartment hunting.

The Glen provides an outstanding living experience. The amenities are a great value. The Staff is superb and always responsive. The property maintenance is spot-on!

I stayed here for 2 years in a studio. Steve was great, he would still communicate after hours and really takes action when things need to get done. The price of the place was very reasonable and most of the time I couldn’t hear my neighbors. I would rent here again.

I've been living here for about 5 years and The Glen just keeps getting better! I love all the amenities including the pool and hot tub, grilling area with charcoal and gas grills, a fitness center that is never crowded and the free coffee is great! Steve the property manager lives on-site and he is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and I've made a lot of friends. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

I lived at this place for a year and a half and I loved every single thing about it. From management to amenities to neighbors. Everyone is so nice around especially during the summer time when the pool is open. I made so many new friends and the environment is amazing. Grilling outside and going to the pool was the highlight of my summers. The gym and the free coffee/ hot chocolate were also a nice part of my stay there. Steve is beyond amazing, he is the property manager and was already really fast at replying and taking care of issues if I had any in the unit. It is also a great location to live by, there is Starbucks, grocery stores, target, now Culver’s! Within a 5 minute drive or a 15 min walk when the sun is out and shinning.

I’ve lived at The Glen for 3 years, going into 4 this upcoming summer. Perfect location, keeps the property clean, no complaints about this place.

Close to downtown and lakefront. Management is awesome, friendly and gets maintenance done promptly, sometimes the same day as requested. Residents are also very friendly, also pet friendly. Quiet area while being near freeway for easy commute.

The property manager is awesome.. He Takes care of everything from fixing things in your unit to taking care of the property (inside and out). Things also get done in a timely manner. The Pool/hot tub is nice in the summer. The Units themselves are nice. The grill area is chill. The club house has a comfy couch and I get stuck sitting in there sometimes watching the national geographic channel. Its pretty quiet community. Most of the sound you hear is just the expressway nearby. Some downsides is the small parking lot, if you have guests over the visitor parking lot is really small and only aloud 6 hours at a time. You have to park across the street. Your also aloud only 1 veichle parking spot, but its free parking. 2nd downside is the laundry facility. Its good and I rarely have to wait for a washer or dryer but there could be more. Sometimes people take up 3 of the 5 dryers/ washers at a time and I've had to wait.

We have lived at The Glen for four years now, almost five. We have had no complaints all minor issues are taken care of and the facilities are all kept up to date. I have referred more than 4 people to The Glen and we will continue to moving forward.

I lived at the Glen for a year and have zero complaints. Any maintenance work was responded to quickly, and we were always updated about changes in the public-use areas. I never heard my neighbors, and living close to the highway wasn’t as loud as expected. Beautiful interior and would love to live there again.

The Glen is a great place to live. The management is excellent. The townhomes are clean and spacious. The complex/property is well-kept and quiet. The surrounding area is nice.
