Located about 15 miles northwest of Downtown Detroit, Livonia provides a suburban setting only minutes from the city. Livonia was ranked one of the top cities for starting a business in 2018, and it was named one of the nation's hottest real estate markets in 2017. Part of the reason so many new residents are moving to Livonia has to do with its livability -- the city offers a variety of parks and hiking trails along with a strong economy and plenty of restaurants and nightlife. I lived here for 2 years and it was great. Super nice amenities and features in the apartment. We never had any noise problems between units especially since our unit was below the model unit just shown for tours. I love how big the 2 bedroom was. The location is unbeatable. It can be loud at times with the freeway and parties at the pool. Overall I do miss living here!
