The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Gateway
I couldn't have loved living here more! My roommate and I were two of the first tenants since the brand new renovations in 2019 and we adored our little space. There's so much storage, a big garage space, and all new appliances installed in every apartment. Jacob and George are amazing and attentive property managers. The only thing I would change is wishing other tenants knew how to recycle properly, but Jacob and George did do their best to put up signs / send out an email to help tenants be aware of how to recycle. I loved our little sunny spot on Gateway, close walking distance to beaches, nice neighborhoods, and parks. Highly recommend living here.
I lived in this complex for a year and I have zero complaints! The units are clean, new and super nice. The neighborhood is quiet, close to Whole Foods, Ralphs, Trader Joes and tons of great restaurants. The 10 and 405 are easily accessible within minutes. The staff is responsive, helpful all hours of the day and keep the property in lovely shape. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. There is literally ALWAYS street parking and the units come with a covered garage spot. 5 out of 5 stars all around!
We moved in about 1 year ago and enjoyed the property very much. Management was always responsive, but we rarely had any maintenance issues. Highly recommended.
