Will do if you're tight on funds
Apartment in Tigerland. Not particularly safe, the fencing around the front patio is helpful. The landlord is very nice and helpful. Probably about 3/4 of a mile from the bars, 10 minutes away from downtown Baton Rouge. The landlord did install new tile in the kitchen and carpeting in the bedroom, as well as a new range. Very pet friendly, everything is included except internet and electric. Rent would be very reasonable for a couple.
