Property Ratings at The Galleria
If I could give these place zero stars, I would! I moved in and out of this place within FOUR DAYS!!! It started off with the lack of communication with the employees that work in the office. Before I moved in, I requested for my unit especially the carpets to be cleaned and I was told it would be done. When I moved in, I found myself being eaten ALIVE BY FLEAS. My entire unit was infested with fleas to the point where I would wake up to fleas attacking my body and I was able to collect them in a bag and bring the bag of fleas to the leasing office. I was then told that the pest control could come in a week later but I demanded that they handle the issue ASAP. I was then told by the property manager “MAYBE we can get them [pest control] to come in today”? I ended up going to urgent care, called off work, was started on antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications, had to do wound care on my entire body, and didn’t have a place to safely sleep. The property manager and the employees were unhelpful and this place needs to be shut down. The apartments are overpriced and the leasing office is horrible with communication. This was such a traumatic experience for me and my housemate. I’m so glad we left!!
The front office is extremely supportive and very fast at fixing our issues!

Like every apartment complex, there have been a couple of issues with things like insects or annoying neighbors, but the front office here is nothing short of amazing. They handle everything in a timely manner and want everyone here to be as comfortable as possible!

My husband and I knew that the Galleria was home the moment we finished our apartment tour with Justin. We had spent so much time going to different complexes only to feel disappointed by the location, actual unit, staff, safety and overall community. Justin is such a friendly and hilarious person and genuinely cares about making the community a place that’s safe, clean and dynamic. We already love our apartment unit and everything the complex has to offer!

My wife and I just moved in yesterday and we are so thrilled to start our journey in this apartment. We chose this apartment complex because it had everything we were looking for: amazing value for what you're paying, central location in Orange County, excellent units with seemingly soundproof walls and everything inside has been newly renovated in 2017, great and peaceful atmosphere with upkept greenery, and an awesome and hilarious manager in Justin who makes you feel at home the minute you walk through the door. I can't speak on safety yet but rest assured that they have put in safety measures to make you feel comfortable: from the locked gates to enter the premise to having 2 deadbolt locks on your unit door, 1 with key access from the outside and 1 without to prevent anyone trying to lockpick your door when you're trying to peacefully sleep at night. My wife and I have filtered through so many apartments, so you don't have to. If I were you, I would be quick to call this home before somebody else does!

Nice place, well maintained. The people are well mannered and respectful. Lots of monthly events. Close to parks(2 big parks), school, hospital, Walmart, curacao. Living here for the last 9 months, nothing to complaint about yet.

We’ve enjoyed our adventure of living at the Galleria and are sad to see our time here end. We are leaving apartment living permanently since we bought a new home but I would recommend the Galleria to my friends and family; especially since the new community manager has taken over. Justin has been one of the nicest and most helpful team members of the staff. I wish he had been here when we moved in!
The Galleria Apt Homes properties have gone tremendously downward soon becoming a ghetto since new management took them over. It appears this property of theirs is only used as a CASH COW! One thing their consistent with is rent increases, they monitor nothing else. You never see any security, but you do see the homeless rummaging through the garbage at night, or a REAL landscaping company, and you can hardly find the porter. The grass is brown, dogs urinate everywhere and anywhere! We've been told since last year they were going to fix the water sprinklers, get mulch and make the lawn look pristine gain as it used to be - NOTHING YET! Children run amok trashing the place and skateboarding into your cars. Where in a pandemic and we constantly have to call the office to tell them to clean the gym, sanitize and powerwash the garbage bins and walkways(where dogs pee), the porter told us he had no cleaning supplies.The management should be monitoring this and making sure the porter has supplies and is doing his job. We know these problems don't occur on Greystar's newer properties. The last district manager Sara came to the property once a week and made a list of what needed to be done, they transferred her out of here and since then everything stopped, including the new manager coming here. About a year ago they hired an assistant office manager Emily, who is very professional and hard working and takes pride in her job. She is always helpful and eager to listen and solve any problems that may arise, Greystar Management decided to transfer her to one of their newer properties, she will be missed. So it seems the residents of The Galleria don't deserve good employees like Sara and Emily only their new properties do!
