Property Ratings at The Frisbie
The management has changed twice since we have been living here. I have had two maintenance requests in for over a month that have not been fixed and have received no communication about them. I have been trying to upgrade my parking spot to the garage after mine and 5 other cars got broken into in the surface lot and there has been little to no response. Any message I send is either ignored or gets a response with no resolution days later. I have never wanted out of a lease more. The furniture is also very shotty, the entire front of all my cabinets fell off onto my fiance just a couple weeks into moving in, and we did nothing out of the ordinary with the cabinets to cause something like that. Do not live here.
Beautiful building, easy parking, stunning views of downtown. The only drawback was that food delivery people would come to the wrong door sometimes. The only reason I left was because I bought a house.
