If you're looking for a family friendly as well as a community that us senior citizens can enjoy as well, The Cortland at Ten Mile is an excellent choice. Lots of nice amenities and community wide events if that is your thing as well as a quiet environment if that is what you're looking for. Apartments are roomy and, as long as you want a long-term lease like I am, a very good deal with onsite roomy garages that can be leased as well at a very fair price.

Amazing pool and hot tub area, love the 24/7 access grill as well. Amazing clubhouse, was able to reserve it for a private event and it was super affordable. Everything is kept in great condition, and ah the staff are very friendly and inviting.

I feel proud living here at Cortland! My larger apt, safely lets my Huskie watch everything on our balcony which she loves. The staff is nice and professional and there are fun things to do in the clubhouse. I recommend living here!

We are very comfortable living here at Cortland at Ten Mile. We are close enough to work and town but away from all that when we are here. Because of the new growth in our part of town we a now walking or biking distance from great shops and restaurants.

My experience at Cortland at ten mile as been nothing but excellent, the moving process was super easy and fast. The lady's in the office are very helpful with any questions or concern's you have , it's a very nice place to live.
Hello dear friends think twice before you move here. If there is an option to give them a negative review I will do it. Almost 5 days this office consider my application, and then they text me back and forward no phone calls, when you will call them there is the phone line will always busy. So they text me with no name you don't even know there is he or she no name at all. Finally after 5 days they ask me for pay stab, it seems like they working one week on your rental application for 200$ at the end they probobly forgot to ask; Do you have a PayStub? What they are doing for this 5 days? no body knows. The regular Apartment complex taking care about application 24hr never 5 business days. So, I send them my all docs and Bank Statement, took another few days and then they said you know what, we looking for a PayStub because we don't know if management will accepting your bank statement. that's mean the manager don't even know about my rental application they just thinking maybe!!!!! will not accepted. In This point I make decision to stay away from so not organaized rental Office. Dear Friends there is a lot of beautiful apartments with 27$ rental application fee. When I went through this I get understanding, every review in this list is Big Fake why? Because you working with students on training who works for hours not for result. so don't waist your time on it. Take care of your self and on your family. Just stay away.

Love my experience living here so far! The community is young and friendly and the management team does a good job of uniting its residents through frequent food trucks and sweet treat giveaways in the office. I moved here completely sight unseen from across the country and was between Boise/Meridian and several other cities on the West Coast. What stood out to me in my move/decision process was how helpful the Cortland management team was in getting me settled and showing me around various apartments virtually, in addition to the nice amenities and neighborhood feel. I felt welcomed from the start and I've lived here for a year now and have nothing bad to say. They've helped make my transition to a city thousands of miles away from home super smooth and comfortable.
The people and the staff here are wonderful. There are many good reasons to live here as I have lived here 9 plus years. We are in the heart of the explosion of new growth in Meridian and we have lots of stores and restaurants in walking or biking distance now. There is easy access to the Freeway if you use it to go to work. I recommend to come a take a tour.
If you are looking for easy living in a luxury apartment this is the place to be. quiet community with amenities that make you feel like you are on vacation.
Courtland is a beautiful community with wonderful amenities that you can take advantage of. The team of staff in both office and maintenance has been friendly and wonderful. The team has worked with me when I needed them to and were very kind.
Cortland Apartments at 10 Mile (Meridian, ID) is a great choice when needing housing in this area. Great staff, very reasonable rates and very new, very clean and well kept apartments.
The amenities and the grounds are well kept and also beautiful. The staff is so kind and always treat me like family.

We like the quietness of the place, we are far enough off the main road that the cars do not disturb us. All the neighbors are very nice and enjoyble to catch in passing. The plants and lawn are well taken care of during the growing season and give a sense of warm life to the complex. But I think one of the most fun things is the food trucks, they really add a sense of excitment to the neighborhoood.

If you are looking for a home in a well laid out community with lots of high class amenities for the whole family, then look no further. The playground, gym, dog park and pool/ hot tub area are all nice and well maintained. The staff are all friendly and very competent. Very nice club house and many activities. As one of the many Senior Citizens who live here, I appreciate the attentiveness I have received by the very friendly staff, the ease that we are able to move about the complex with my wife's wheelchair and the mostly quietness of the complex.

I am not from the area, but toured the community with my sister who is looking to move to Idaho. Compared to all the other apartments and townhomes we looked at we were most interested in Cortland. Aside from the large variety of floodplains and clean community the staff was so friendly. They answered all our questions and truly made us feel welcome!

I toured this property with my son a few weeks ago, and it was absolutely beautiful. There were so many grassy areas throughout the community for games and enjoyment. We noticed that the parking situation was by far the best out of the 7 communities we looked at in the area. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. During the tour we ran into two residents that our guide greeted by name. We were pleasantly surprised by the sense of community.

Amazing experience! In search for our very first apartment last year, Cortland at Ten Mile stood out for many reasons. High-quality living space and amenities for a relatively affordable monthly rent. The grounds are kept nice, atmosphere is quiet, and is family/pet friendly! The leasing team is very helpful and kind. The online portal allows for easy payments and fast maintenance requests. I recommend Cortland at Ten Mile to all my friends and family!

Cortland at Ten Mile has been a well organized, clean and suitable place for me, my wife and happy pup. This location has been quiet, but close enough to anything we need or want and has been really great for our pup. He loves the dog park, all the grass and places we can walk/jog around. This place has a good feeling of safety and friendliness. The management is very responsive and care about our experience and satisfaction while living here. There are plenty of cost effective internet options and the pool/jacuzzi and gym are open all year round. There is a smart package pickup area that is secure and open to residents 24/7 with your key fob. There always seems to be enough parking for a few guests if needed as well. This place has been even better than we initially expected when we moved in.

I’ve worked on and lived in many apartments in Idaho as a contractor. I chose to live at this location because their floor plans are perfect and the management team is amazing at their jobs. It’s a safe community with great amenities and it’s always well kept. Highly recommend.

Things have changed so much over the last month with the new ownership. There is no security on premise, and the office will not return a call about a safety concern. If you have a family stay away, this use to be a great place to live until as of late. It has turned into a complete crap show. You can basically do whatever you want and management will do nothing about it. There are far better options out there, its quite disappointing to see how this new management team has handled this property.

Please please please, whatever you do, don’t sign a lease here. It has the worst, rudest, most dishonest management that will try to take every penny you have throughout your lease term and especially upon move-out. The rent price is sickening especially with how much it was raised after such a difficult year for the entire year. They do not care about their tenants at all and are just trying to make a dollar. Save yourself the heartache and stress and look elsewhere.

We have been here one year, just renewed our lease. This is the safest place I have ever lived. The management and maintenance are awesome, prompt, willing to help in any way. The other tenants are very friendly and helpful. My husband and puppy love to go for walks. Thank you for making this such a pleasant place to live.

I have lived here for about 5 months and not only love the apartment but I also love the management here. The apartment is perfect for me and my dog. The other residents are extremely nice and now we look forward to seeing them during our walks. The management people are great to work with and very kind. They feel like family. I would recommend this complex for anyone looking for a safe,nice place to live.
