I have loved living here. The complex is clean, the staff and maintenance are quick and reliable. The community is safe and great for all ages and family types. Everyone I've encountered is friendly.

Living here are The Four at Deerwood is like living on vacation every day. Very comfortable, convenient, efficient, and pleasant. Great management, maintenance, area for fitness/walking, convenience to stores, and central location.We highly recommend.

I think The Four is a great place to call home. It’s right around the corner from the Town Center and other great restaurants. The community is a relatively quiet one, most of the neighbors are considerate and friendly when encountered; the ones with pets have been very respectful and mindful of their pets. The grounds always look good, and these are some of the best floor plans. I always look forward to waking up and opening my blinds to let the beautiful light in. I haven’t had to engage with management too much, but anytime I’ve spoken with any of them, they were always friendly and accommodating, especially Dee. This really is just an easy going laid back community. Definitely worth it.

I find the area to be a safe place to live. They keep the property very nice.

I have lived at the four for 2 1/2 years and I honestly Love it. The staff is friendly and they are as helpful as they can be. The grounds are kept up and the pool area and clubhouse. It’s just beautiful.

I am so happy I chose the Four for my first year in Jacksonville. The quick maintenance response, friendly leasing managers, and overall building maintenance made for a worry-free year.

I am happy to reside at the Four. This apartment complex is very well maintained by professional, lovely and respectful staff. We were able to always use all the amenities the complex provides us including pool area, Starbucks coffee machine, lobby area where you can play pool, watch TV, relax and chill, and the gym, etc. I recommend anybody staying here, because it is a family friendly, safe and positive environment to live in.

I appreciate the communication in this community. The texts, the updates and the community digest. It makes you feel that you are truly apart of a community. The staff are friendly and approachable.

I moved to The Four Apartments in 2022 and I absolutely love it. The staff is so helpful and everything is done on a timely basis. The grounds are kept beautiful and the pool area is absolutely lovely.

Great place, could do better with cleanliness within the building spaces, but great location and good staff!

I’m hesitant to write this update because I still live at the property, but this place kinda sucks for what I’m paying. Cheap paint that scuffs easily and comes off the walls when you try to clean it. Super low end cabinets and appliances - my dishwasher doesn’t clean and still hasn’t been fixed/replaced after 4 work orders for it. I’ve also been waiting almost 2 months for several of my windows and my patio door to get replaced because the seals busted some time ago and you can barely see out of them. I’m assuming the inefficient windows are also why my electricity bill is ridiculously high, but it could also been the older AC units. They say it’s a gated complex, but there’s only gates to let cars in and out. The rest of the property isn’t fenced, so anyone can walk off the street and come in. And they do - often. Packages get stolen and cars get broken into all the time. One of the exit gates also doesn’t work and looks like it hasn’t for a some time - there’s rusted bike locks keeping it shut. There’s also about 10 amenities listed on their website, and half of them are all the one same room. There’s no dog wash, recycling, EV charging station, garages/covered parking, hot tub, or bike storage. The only thing that feels really ‘luxury’ about this place is the price they’re charge. The property manager is rude and unhelpful, as is the rest of the staff. Look ANYWHERE ELSE!!

I love living at The Four. The management staff is very friendly and as helpful as can be. The grounds are kept clean and all maintenance issues are handled very promptly. Great luxury apartments with awesome amenities! Close to the town center, several restaurants and local schools. Also a quite community!

I love living here! All apartments have their quirks but overall, you get what you pay for here. The apartments are nice, maintenance is quick and eager to fix any problem and the management team is very friendly. Friendly community and very welcoming for pet families!

No issues, just compliments. The front office with whom I interact - Alison and Dee - are superb. True professionals and really go above and beyond. I've seen each of them care for the community beyond their specific employment roles. I moved out of my SFH up North and came the Fours while I search for a home here. Haven't rented an apartment in decades and had some trepidation. Fours exceed my expectations and from what I can tell that is because of the great tone and example set by the front office.

Always positive staff in the office and on the service team.

The Maintenance staff is excellent and I have noticed that the management office is trying harder to get notifications to residents.

The Four provided a positive and smooth experience for me. Pamela made my move in super easy and fast. She was nice and answered all of my questions. I also didn’t feel rushed. Wonderful experience.

The only thing that’s luxury about The Four is the outrageous price they charge for their very mediocre apartments. Very few amenities, lacking communication efforts by the staff, low end finishes and cheap quality.

Allison and the staff pat The Four are fantastic. They are very helpful and they truly care about the comfort and wellbeing of the residents. Dwayne is the the best. Always greeting you with a smile and a hello. Carlos is fantastic and he takes pride in the repairs he makes. I truly think we have the most beautiful landscape and pool area on the southside and the staff is always working to make it better. Good job to all of you!

The Four is a great place to live, the amenities are A , the location is awesome as it's close to The St. John's town Center and several great restaurants. I highly recommend the Four!

At first, I loved this apartment. Then, ROACHES infested our apartment that we kept CLEAN. We had pest control out 3 times and it never stopped them. NEVER in my life have I had roaches. I am talking about seeing 6 or more whenever I turned the lights off and back on! I was so disgusted and had trouble sleeping! There was a homeless man hanging around the pool grilling area and residents reported he was sleeping on the stairs inside the "locked gate" apartment hallway. Also, when I moved out they charged me for a completely new carpet due to "pet odor" even though my dog is completely potty trained. I was so happy with this place at first, but now I am so dissapointed. Positives were the pool and Elizabeth was always very helpful.

I have lived here approximately 9 months and I am thoroughly satisfied. Allison, Dwayne and Pam have been so helpful and I truly appreciate them as well as the other office and maintenance staff. Thumbs up to each of them.

The Four was great in accommodating any issue I had and made sure to address it in a timely manner. They also did a great job of previewing the apartment before move in.

The Four is a good place to stay and family friendly with closer proximity to groceries and restaurants.

Love,love,love!! From the start we felt right at home. Our tour with Pam and her amazing attitude and friendliness, the beautiful luxury property and amenities, and the rest of the office staff being super helpful, is what made us lease on the spot. For the area and what you get as a resident the rates are really good. I especially love the Amazon hub that we get to use as a resident, and there are no extra fees for it!! I'm so happy we get to call The Four our home!!

The inside is not well maintained. Business section is not as advertised and there are times when it is hard to contact office personnel.

Living at The Four for 7 mos has been nice. The people that I’ve met are friendly. The community is surprisingly quiet for its size. I feel safe. Parking has always been available. The property is kept clean. There have been a few power outages and my AC has gone out 3x but the issues were resolved quickly. There are many shops, restaurants, physicians and businesses in the area.

Clubhouse and pool area is beautiful. The apartment I am in has a terrible layout. Also, you should be able to let visitors in by using you cell phone, just as you do with the front gate. No sense in having to go downstairs to let someone in.

I LOVE living here at The Four. It’s always quiet and it’s so nice to have a dog park by the lake to relax while the fur babies run around. The office staff (Allison, Kandice, Elizabeth & Pam) are always so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place to people wanting to move to the Jacksonville area.
