Property Ratings at Fountain Circle of Auburn Hills
I live their 3 years and I saw many home of my husband’s friends but it’s best structured of house . One big bedroom and hall . With large swimming pool which open in June and have full equipment gym. And my favorite part is BBQ place for grill food you can enjoy there summer. As well as winter with full snow .
We have been struggling for over two weeks in the middle of summer to get the Landlord to repair the AC unit. It is running full-time and costing me money, and the temp will no longer go below 78 Degrees. The response from management is, "We will get to it sometime, maybe next week."
Where should I begin? If you enjoy marijuana filled hallways, frequent pool closures (due to the health department), police activity, poorly built apartments, a goose poop covered “pet area”, constant smoke alarm malfunctions (big safety issue), and the drainage hole with a fountain… then this is the place for you! I’m not one to write bad reviews, but hopefully you won’t waste your time and money at Fountain Circle Apartment Homes. We were fortunate not to experience the high DTE bills (over $400.00/month) and AC/furnace outages, but multiple of our neighbors did. On top of all the above, they kept our security deposit after we moved out. I know they will respond below saying that we didn’t give 30 days notice which is outlined in the “lease agreement”… and yes, we didn’t give an official 30 days notice, but we were in close communication with the property manager and had multiple conversations in the office about our situation. All the management company (M. Shapiro) cares about is $$$$$. They don’t care about their tenants at all.

The property is beautiful, all the amenities are absolutely mind blowing. You feel like you are at a luxury resort... except you live there :-). The main reason put my application in the same day as my tour was simply the front office staff. I worked with Tamika whom was extremely helpful reviewing all the property layouts and options. But then there is Tara, I went for a tour and not only did she give me a detailed walk though of the property and showed me all the amenities but was able to work with me on literally everything, from the unit I wanted, to the price of the unit (great specials), too the move in date, and she fulfilled a handful of other request I had made. I walked in on a Friday for a tour and my move in date was 5 days after. To say I received absolutely exceptional customer services would be a understatement. The property speaks for itself .... and so does the front office staff... Thank you for the amazing experience.
This is the honest review everyone needs know!!! The property itself is telling on its own but its the front desk and maintenance guys that make it feel like home. I am also a first time renter but everything went so smoothly and they are so accommodating to your situation, whatever it may be. I extended my lease way before it ended because of how at-home i feel thanks to everyone working here. You definitely want to move here!!
