I love my apartment, best decision to move here. I feel safe in my complex, the amenities are convenient. The office staff and maintenance staff are always helpful and kind.

Everything has been extremely great. I have enjoyed the quietness and the feel of the apartments. I also greatly enjoy the location of the apartments and everything around them.

Living here has been great. Everyone is nice and friendly. The pool is nice and the gf’ has been updated. Maintence is fast to fix things. And office is friendly

maintenance is amazing!! they are very polite and prompt and the office staff is great at communicating with residents and taking the time to contact us to inform us of any situation where someone might have to enter inside..i appreciate all of them here!! if there are any work order requests for anything, they resolve it instantly!! and the pool, me and my little one go all the time!! it stays clean and it’s pretty big in my opinion

Not a bad place to stay except for the noise from some neighbors and some people who don't pick up after their loud dogs as they poop all over the grass.

So far everything is great and I enjoy the quit that I get while staying here. I hope to continue enjoying the environment that I have seen one my first day.

Overall, a good space. A bit noisy from time to time and I still notice dog poop on the grass, which means some dog owners aren't picking up after their pets. Otherwise, it's a good space.

I've already recommended this apartment complex to some friends...in fact I have a close friend that will more than likely be moving here in the next 2 months and hoping he gets the one that's on my floor!

Lived here over two years. Great experience! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the amenities have gotten better. Valet trash isn’t consistent but that’s the only complaint.

The last month the pool had been locked not a word from management as to why or when it is set to reopen... I think it would have been nice to give some kind of notification or explanation.

Overall not bad. Still dealing with some noisy neighbors and dog poop on the grass. I saw a woman walk her dog over to the grassy area by the pool and let it poop and then walk away without a care in the world. It would be nice if there were additional fees imposed for not cleaning up after your pets to make sure everyone is considerate. Kids run around on that grass. Who wants to step in dog poop?

Good stuff, enforces rules and can be seen making changes that are appreciated and appealing altogether. Lovely people with a good attitude and mostly okay neighbors.

Nice price, nice place, wood flooring and high ceilings. Nice amenities and the office people won’t bother you unnecessarily. When you do need help it is a little disorganized and I have had an instances of missing payments and paper work that I had indeed completed. In the end it was all solved, but I just think it could have been handled much better.

The staff in the leasing office is TOP NOTCH!! The loss of one star is due to some damage to the apartment that was not addressed prior to move-in and is being treated like a standard issue instead of a new resident priority.

They've made some nice improvements around here with the gate being fixed and the keypads for the gym and pool. Sometimes you even see rabbits running around in the evening on the grass. We just gotta keep the neighbors with dogs picking up after the dogs consistently and we'll be good.

Absolutely love it here, everything is very clean and well taken care of. Everyone in the community is very friendly. And the location is perfect, well within walking distance of a bunch of shops.

I am really surprised how quiet the complex is. I was not expecting that at all so it is very much welcome since I work from home most days..

I love the community and that the office staff responded back quick. They made my transfer to a 2 bedroom easy. I have been here a year and a half and have no issues

Overall really good, nice place neighbors like weed so it stinks sometimes, and is a bit loud. Other than that it's pretty good, staff is super nice, and most the people keep to themselves.

Overall, a nice place. A little bit of loud noise from some of the neighbors' cars early in the morning, and a few times in the evening (especially on weekends), parking gets filled up crazy fast and it's hard to find parking. Otherwise, it's a nice complex with a decent gym and friendly staff. Also, watch where you step on the grass. Some people are pretty inconsiderate with letting their dogs poo and not cleaning up after them.

Things went as planned no hiccups...there are a few things in the apt that need maintenance but other than that I am happy to be here..Let's see how my request is taken care of...

We love living here! It’s such a convenient location! We’re always getting compliments on the floorplan and it’s perfect for our family. The in-law suite downstairs is perfect for our disabled son, his 24/7 nurse and all his medical equipment, while still allow for a “normal” home environment for everyone (including him!) upstairs. The closets are extremely spacious and the kitchen island massive- perfect for all the baking my heart desires!

Nice place to stay and a convenient location. Parking is sometimes an issue and I'll have to park far away and walk over to my place, but it's still nice overall.

All is well overall. Got a nice treat of a candy cane this Christmas. Although the cold is never fun in Texas, that means the bugs are gone for the time being. And it's nice and sunny. The complex is nice and I like the amenities and how helpful the staff is.

Love the environment and my neighbors. The agent in the office are very sweet and helpful. Only thing is parking is rare to find after 8 PM.

Really don’t like getting charged for a Valet service that I don’t use .. my apartment is right by the trash so I just take it when I leave .. don’t think that charge should be mandatory

Overall, a cool place to stay. Even when having my girlfriend over and my best friend come by at different times, they both said the place pretty nice and more than they were getting for the same amount of money. A solid apartment with good amenities.

No issues. The community is quiet and clean. My interaction with staff has been very good. They are friendly and have helped with any issues in a timely manner

I have been a resident since 2018. I really enjoyed living here. The Office staff has been very professional - friendly- always takes care of any issue that I may have had or have. Always able to reach them. The Maintenance staff - always professional - timely and always fix the issues. There have been growing pains but nothing that the Century Stone Hill South team could not and did handle and correct. I LOVE living here !!!!

I moved from florida two years ago and my first year wasnt that great living in this community my kids hear gun shots and I was ready to move but ever since the new management took over it’s been getting better! Thank you to the great office staff that took over and for always listening to their residents. We even got new gym equipment and the gates are going to start working finally, great work y'all!

It's still been good so far, pretty amazing and even the other people are nice. Nice neighbors mostly, nice upkept pool, gym, and computer room. All around quite good.

Nice quiet building. I love being here I just wish there was a dog park at this location. Everyone I have came in contact with is very friendly.

Overall, it's been pretty nice here. Not sure where the bugs are getting in, but those super tiny mosquitoes have found their way inside a few months back and even with my bug zapper, I can't completely get rid of them. And I do notice some dog owners walk their dogs and still don't clean up all the dog poo on the grass, which is annoying. Otherwise, it's pretty comfortable here.

I like this place, some issues with office schedule hours and service on the building like trash collection that just happens some times, but even when don't happens for a week is not discount on the payment.

Great location and friendly staff so far. Pretty quiet community but only been here a couple days. So far entrance gate is not functioning and just a heads up apartments do not come with washer and dryer only the connections for them.

This is one of the worst places I have ever lived I am glad I am moving out everything worst for example water bill to hight $230 trash $70 10 more and more wan you movie in they don’t tell you that after you move in they don’t even want to talk to you !! Not Recommended

I enjoy it here. Although I do grow tired of the mosquito and cricket issues (they somehow keep getting in), I'm mostly comfortable here. I like that there are some nearby eateries too. Overall, a decent location.

Everyone around here is friendly including neighbors, front desk women, maintenance guys are amazing as well. They respond well an take care of everything

In the past two years I’ve lived here, my additional fees for trash, tech and etc has gone up tremendously yet the gate has not worked once since I’ve been here. All the treadmills, the stair master and most of the gym equipment other than the dumbbells is broken and never has been fixed. My packages have been stolen off my doorstep and my neighbors leave the waste of their pets and wet moldy trash bags outside the apartment with no trash can. I love the location but everything else is making me choose to leave. The office staff gets overwhelmed to the point where I won’t have a response for days.

Seems very nice, all the neighbour's are a bit loud but I mean thats to be expected in an apartment complex. It's super sweet that the crime is so low and I'm happy to have moved here with my husband!

My stay here has been a very pleasant experience. The office staff is friendly and accommodating, the maintenance personnel are responsive, and it is quiet in my area.
