Wet walls and floors from leaks! Roaches! Everything that glitters isn’t gold!!!
Roaches, water shut off constantly, over priced rent, the model apartments don’t look anything like the actual ones, car theft, dog poop left on the sidewalks, pool hasn’t been open in the two years I’ve lived here. Can’t wait to move.
These foundry Apts are ok. I love the floor plans. I don't like how thin the walls are. I can hear my neighbors on both sides and behind me. Also, Too many neighbors smoke weed consistently. I deal w/ it since I've signed a year lease.
I would recommend it because of it' location, affordability, and overall positive experience that I have had living here.

It was an older building. The new apartments such as the staged apartments are nice, but I went into an older one and was dissapointed..
I fell in love with The Foundry the moment i went on my tour
The property is trying its best, and the interior is really nice but the residents make it hard to live there.
It is nice, not too small or too expensive. There is not an actual vent in my room though, so that is something I would warn against, as the electric bill can get steep trying to cool off the room with no vent in it. I would recommend with caution.

We had a few issues when we first moved in but maintenance and office personnel worked hard to get it sorted out. I love living here the rooms are huge and modern. The grounds are kept clean as well.
The maintenance man that fixed my sink was AWESOME! He even played with my dog :)
I like it here but I feel the apartment is too small and overpriced. That would be the only complaint I honestly have.
I would do to the cleanness and how close it is to the nice side and how low cost my apartment is.
We love the look of the apartments however there are a lot of little things that we’ve noticed that are a bit cheap about the apartments as well as water issues when taking showers.
I thought it was a very nice place, and I felt welcome when I walked into the leasing office.

Complex is in a great area with access to several hot commodities in the FW area. The one thing I feel like the complex is missing is a playground for kids.
I had a few problems when I first moved in. Was supposed to be 210 but hole in celling so got move to 208 and mode and stuff was there but they sprayed often. Pipe burst and they handled that as quick as they could. I say that I kno its more then just me in those apartments having problems so I was patient and they return it.
I would recommend this apartment because of the aesthetic. The look is very modern and the interior is great as well but there is a lack of storage space.
I am responding to the maintenance issue of my water heater leaking, shorting itself out and leaking water from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. This was tesponded to very well, but lesser issues like the leak I?m the master bathroom tub and guest bathroom ceiling fan not working have been waiting for action for over a year.
Neighbors are friendly, outside the apartment everything seems clean all the time and taken care of by maintenance people. Leasing office people are helpful all the time!

I love living here. The only problem is the parking, but I know you can?t do anything about that. Thank you for working hard to improve these apartments.
I think the apartments are really affordable for how much space we get, and they're physically appealing, like nicely colored and designed to be modern and cozy. They are good quality aside from emergency problems, so it's been a good place that I've enjoyed living at.

Constantly changing management. Impossible to get anyone from the office on the phone. Maintenance ignores work orders until legal action is threatened. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
We have had a mold problem for months that they have actively ignored. We are now seeking a lawyer as they are breaking the law in not fixing THEIR problem. We have young children in the house who are sick due to the mold. We have been told we can move to another unit but now we can't even get the office on the phone. Horrible....DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

The home away home place. It is an excellent choice for college students or a small family that is Just getting started. With its peaceful community and play ground for kids.also with the large 6ft deep pool for those who like to swim. In the office area the people are nice and respectful. Also has a gym and business center. It's close to luxurious downtown fort worth area. Also near I-30 and Ridgemar Mall and about tens away from Hulen Mall and Wal-Mart super center. The perfect place to call home.
Worst apartments I have ever lived in. I wouldn't recommend to my WORST enemy.
