The foundry is an amazing place to live and the staff is extremely helpful with everything! Any communication regarding things being done in the building is well communicated in advance and everyone is so friendly! I will for sure be resigning for next year!

I love living here, everyone in the office is so nice, the building itself is very clean and well kept. Package delivery has been great so far, and our unit itself is amazing

location is what sells the place. amenities are not good, neighbors noise is not good, and maintenance can be slow at times. downstairs people are nice and try to help as much as they can

Everyone is amazing and so accommodating! Maintenance is so quick at responding to requests and do an amazing job and never leave without the job being accomplished!

Great apartment! the front desk people are very nice and very good with helping any issues that may come about. they keep the place clean and always smelling good.

Day 2 - so far, great! Office staff are super nice! Very helpful in answering all of our questions. Staff maintenance, Noah, took care of our smoke detector beeping, immediately! :)

Room was dirty when moved in and sink was speaking but after that was fixed everything has been great. Love the windows and how secure everything feels.

Everyone has been super nice, apartment is great, we had to put in a few maintenance requests but they fixed them right away. Just some issues with management and signing promotions my roommates and I were told we were receiving and haven’t.

My resident experience at the Foundry is amazing. Nice to see that the rooms were cleaned prior our move in. Love the amenities provided. Overall feel comfortable in my new home and look forward to the rest of my stay here.

I just moved into the foundry and have loved the apartment. The furnishings and appliances are updated and there are great amenities. Great location on campus for students aswell.

Grace is absolutely amazing. She helped us change apartments due to an additional family pet. She went over all the changes, helped us adding indoor parking, electric bill and wifi. The apartment is clean, spacious as well as first floor to help train a new puppy. Moving in was easy with all the helpe with emails and apps. Thank you for having a clean space with such amazing helpful staff!

I had a great time in the apartment with some of my closest friends. Very good location that is accessible to just about everywhere on campus as it’s very near the center.

Everybody is so accommodating and friendly! Maintenance is always speedy whenever you submit a problem, they will be there in less than a hr!

I hear my upstairs neighbors stomp until 1:30 AM every weeknight. After contacting the unit and building management, the problem only got worse. Building management has been contacted numerous times about the issue and nothing has changed. All they care about is getting their rent payments. Find somewhere else to live!

My room was gross. Chips and stains on the walls. Terrible odor for me around the entire building. The hall ways are dark and even then there’s chips in the paint. My floor was gross as well. Also not impressed with the staff, not only do they not update you on anything but they’re that fake nice that I hate. I was here temporarily for the summer and I’m so glad I’m moving to Union in the fall. What a dump.

Took close to 3 weeks to fix a broken dryer. Manager said she put in a work order but maintenance did not come for several weeks. Cable TV lost half its channels 5 times over the course of the spring semester. Subleasing/re-letting policies forced me to move out the day before finals started. They require 5 business days between residence to clean the unit, and although the new resident and myself agreed cleaning was not necessary, they refused to be flexible. The new resident had to move out of her dorm the Saturday after finals which meant I had to move out before finals in order for her to be able to move in on time. Extremely frustrating. Management did not communicate to me sufficiently how the financing would work for the re-letting process. When I called later on upset at the fact that they hadn't told me some details about it (which was a major inconvenience given me and the new resident had already exchanged money to coordinate the re-let), they told me I had never asked - even though I had asked multiple times in the office if there was anything else I should know or be aware of. Elevators constantly broke down. Had a security issue with a person entering my apartment and passing out. When I asked the staff to check security footage they never got back to me. Overall extremely poor management.

Great apartments with exceptional student amenities. Best student living on campus hands down.
