Property Ratings at The Flats at Southlawn Apartments
Roaches, cigarette smoke. Marijuana, these are the things you will enjoy if you move here. Don’t do it. It is supposed to be a non-smoking property. It is not. There is also glass bottles around the pool which is incredibly dangerous. Packages are also stolen from the mailroom. We haven’t even been here a month and absolutely hate it.

New management is awful. For what I pay every month they do not care about the residents. Appearances have gone down as well and they hardly answer phone calls, return calls, or answer emails. Cannot wait to move.
This apartment community is nice, modern, and safe with a close proximity to great restaurants! Perfect for singles, couples, or young families!
Moved in our unit in August. We love being around some of our favorite restaurants. The units themselves are spacious and very modern. Management was super easy to work with during the leasing process. We have had a couple of issues that were related to new construction. Management and the construction company were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Couldnt ask for much more so far!
I can’t say enough about the Southlawn apartments. The staff, management and maintenance is top notch. The apartments are stunning. Luxury design. The common areas, gyms and clubhouses are amazing. Makes working from home a dream with all the business centers. Also, your cannot get a better location. Walking distance to all things downtown Lawrenceville.
Beautiful property with wonderful amenities. Most of the buildings lack a freight elevator besides building 7000. Don’t bet on that one working. Plan on having a ridiculously high moving company bill as movers are forced to work double time to move larger pieces of furniture. If you are looking for a cost effective move this property should be at the bottom of your list. Office staff is not accommodating and they simple tell you to use the regular elevator.
I moved into my apartment home in May 2020. So far, my mother, my dog and I are loving it here at Southlawn Lawrenceville. Our apartment in the Conclave community is VERY nice, the property is beautiful and well-maintained, the amenities are amazing, and management has been absolutely wonderful. It's also in a great location --- we can walk to the restaurants in Downtown Lawrenceville and we're adjacent to the Lawrenceville Lawn.
I moved into my beautiful apartment home in The Conclave community in May. My mother, my dog and I love it here at Southlawn Lawrenceville. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, the amenities are amazing and management has been absolutely wonderful. Great access to restaurants and we're adjacent to the Lawrenceville Lawn. I'm looking forward to chilling on my balcony or walking over to the Lawn to enjoy the events.
