Property Ratings at Flats at Laurel and Pine Apartments
As a resident for more than 2 years I've overall had a good experience, my main complaint is mainly with the front office staffing. There seems to be a lack of professionalism and open communications that I have had in several other complexes.

Hi Tori, thank you for the kind review! We’re so glad you’ve enjoyed living here the past two years. I was surprised to hear your feedback about our office team since we see you regularly and always enjoy our chats—and visits from your sweet pup! We’re always here if you'd like to talk more, and we truly value your presence in the community. I have sent you an email so we can connect in person!
Great place to live! The residents are so creative and involved in the community, always participating in our events. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone wanting to be a part of our friendly and welcoming neighborhood!

We couldn't agree more! Our community is filled with the best residents. Our team loves having the opportunity to share such a great experience with our amazing residents. Thank you for the review, we hope that everyone in East Nash can visit and appreciate our amazing spot!
Love it here! I really enjoy the amount of effort into making this a community. The summers are perfect at the pool and the snow looks beautiful in the complex. Definitely a place to call home.

We're thrilled to hear that you find our community a place to call home! It's great to know that you're having an enjoyable experience with us, whether it's lounging by the pool in the summer or admiring the snowy scenery in winter. Thanks for being an integral part of our community and for your wonderful review!
the apartment units have been great! the package delivery has been kind of a pain and the parking spots are really tight but those are minor things
Property Manager at Flats at Laurel and Pine Apartments, Responded To This Review
We're so glad to hear you're enjoying your apartment! We know package deliveries can sometimes be tricky, but we’re always happy to help however we can. Since deliveries are handled by third-party carriers, we do our best to assist when needed. As for parking, we understand the spots can feel a little snug, but there’s also street parking available if that’s a better fit. Let us know if there’s anything else we can do to make your experience even better!
Neighbors are kind, considerate and always friendly. There's the constant hustle and bustle of Nashville but I've noticed life is slower and more relaxed at the Laurel and Pine!

We couldn't agree more, the relaxing vibe The Flats @ Laurel and Pine has a relaxing and calm environment for our awesome residents to thrive in. Be sure to stop by one of our upcoming resident events!
I really enjoy living at the Flats! The townhouses are spacious and we love the layout. The amenities are convenient and kept up well. The staff is easy to work with and very friendly. We get pretty good attendance at resident events - which is great for community building. I love East Nashville, and was hesitant about the location at first but it’s up & coming now and there are constant updates to the neighborhood!

We love having you in our community! Having such an involved community has been a joy for our team. We also really love that our fun and creative resident events have such good turnouts. We are looking forward to seeing you again soon!
The community has improved immensely under current leadership. The biggest opportunities/frustrations I’ve recently experienced are glitches in Parcel Pending (could be the courriers’ fault) and in maintenance requests being marked complete without work being done/lack of communication from the maintenance team. However, these issues are typically resolved quickly by the management team. Is Burb Bootcamp directly tied to the complex? Their advertising to residents was understanding at first but nearly a year in, it’s getting a bit annoying.

We appreciate your feedback and are glad you've noticed the improvements in the community. Our fully established maintenance team is focused on resident satisfaction, and we’re always working to improve communication. Burn Boot Camp isn’t directly affiliated with the complex, but they offer great deals to our residents. We’ll take your feedback into consideration and appreciate you sharing your experience!
I enjoy living here! Office staff and maintenance both are very friendly and prompt when issues arise. I would definitely recommend living here.

We're so happy to hear that you're enjoying living here and that our team has been friendly and prompt. We truly appreciate your recommendation and couldn't agree more!
The location is great. The only complaint I have is other residents smoking in their apartments and it comes thru the vents. I have made the team aware and nothing has been done to my knowledge. Otherwise, it’s a great place to live.
Property Manager at Flats at Laurel and Pine Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your feedback. We take smoking violations seriously and address them promptly, as it is against the lease. If you know of a specific issue, please stop by the office to speak with our property manager—she is more than happy to help resolve it.
Super cómodos y tranquilos es lo que realmente siempre busque para mi esposo y yo. Somos muy felices aquí este es el segundo año que renovamos

Place has been over all great experience with a great vibe in the gym, pool and club room. Little ways to improve would just be around the pool area when Spring arrives. Having a skimmer and making sure that the pool is always up to par with cleanliness, enough chairs, and new cornhole boards and bags. Great location though and a ton of cool people, tough to beat.

Thank you for your positive review! We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying the friendly community and great staff.
I've lived in this property for nearly a year now, and while the layout of the apartment is great, wonderful closet space, gorgeous pool area, and being a pretty new property, there are some pretty big flaws with the property. First, if you are a dog owner, take a serious look at how little green space there is around the property for pet's to relieve themselves. The "dog park" is really a small fenced in mulch bed, and the few green spaces there are around, are being landscaped with rock so pets can't use them (which I understand, but at some point there is nowhere to take your pet out). The property is very slow to empty the pet waste receptacles around the property, with them often being overflowed. For what the pet rent and fee is, you would think this would not be an issue. The walls and floors in the property are VERY thin, more so that most other apartments I have lived in. You can literally hear people talking in the apartment beside you, and if you have renters above you, you WILL FOR SURE here them walking or their dogs running across the floor. There has been a ton of staff turnover in the last year, with a new management company taking over the property last fall. My advise if don't get used to knowing anyone in the management office. The original management company and staff were MUCH BETTER that the current RAM Partners group. There are errors with billing, maintenance requests are not answered for long periods of time, little to no resident communication of any type, and just a general attitude in the office that you are bothering them with any question or concern you may have. And finally, there is constantly issues with the trash around the dumpster. For whatever reason, often the dumpster is not present, so the valet trash and nearby restaurants just pile the trash up around the dumpster. Not really what you want to see. The property is beautiful, I do like the layout of my apartment and the pool area is great. This could be a GREAT property, but for what the rent is and with the super thin walls and floors and the property management, I'd look at other properties.

We're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced while living in our property. We take feedback from our tenants seriously and we'll be looking into your concerns about the pet spaces and waste receptacles. We understand how crucial these amenity areas are for dog owners like you. We're also addressing noise control measures as we want all residents to have an enjoyable, peaceful living experience.Regarding the staff turnover rate, we appreciate your patience as new representatives adjust to their responsibilities. We value all of our residents and their concerns are never a bother to us - quite the opposite, they help us improve! Please be assured that your comments regarding communication will directly influence adjustments in this area. As for trash management, it's imperative to maintain
