Location is great. Maintenance is good and efficient. The apartments are spacious. Paying the rent is hard has been.. while it shouldn’t be, because of all the change of platforms etc. hopefully this issue is resolved now.

Everything is good. I like the gym, the pool, the rooftop lounge, and the snooker room. The roach problem is a little stubborn though and the dishwasher has issues every now and then.
