Great place to live and such an attentive staff that are so friendly

I’ve had such a great experience at The Flats at Aeropark! The community is modern, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The amenities are top-notch—from the pool and fitness center to the stylish clubhouse and outdoor spaces. What really stands out, though, is the team. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. I also love the convenient location—it’s close to shopping, dining, and major highways, making it easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend The Flats at Aeropark to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!

From start to finish, my move-in experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The leasing team was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions quickly and clearly—even before I officially signed the lease. They made sure I had everything I needed ahead of time, and the communication was top-notch. When I arrived on move-in day, the apartment was spotless and ready to go. Everything looked exactly like the photos online—actually, even better in person. The staff had even gave me a little welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel instantly at home. Maintenance walked through to ensure everything was working properly and offered to address anything on the spot if needed. The property is quiet and clean. I’ve already met a few neighbors and everyone has been kind and friendly. This was, by far, the best move-in I’ve ever had. Huge shoutout to the team for making it so stress-free. I’m really excited to call this place home!

The Flats at Aero Park by far has the easiest and very quick application and move in process, the amenities here are great and very fair price for the floor plans of your apartment, the granite counter tops through the apartment are very nice, plenty of kitchen space, and very nice sized bathrooms. I’d recommend this complex to anyone looking for somewhere to live in Colorado Springs and is also close to Fort Carson for those who are stationed here.

This community has the potential to be top tier. Great location, beautiful floor plans, awesome amenities and the small community feeling.

The Flats at Aeropark is a truly wonderful place to live. Small commute to downtown colorado springs, Very modern and new buildings / apartments. The Leasing staff are some of the most kind , professional staff ive ever encountered. The move in process was smooth and lightning quick. Very afforadable for the quality. Lauren is an angel super professional, kind and tentative. She will take time out of her day personally to help you out, truly a pleasure interacting with her.

When I first moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado, I went to 14 other apartment complex in the city. None of them had elevators, the views, the convenience (via Powers) whether you head south 3 lights to the airport or north 3 lights to Walmart or 5 lights to the larger shopping district of the city. The design of the apartment layout is modern and beside the online convenience fee the only thing The Flats at Aero Park is missing is an Amazon Delivery Locker system. On numerous occasions (like around 50% of the time) delivery drivers aren’t able to access the building and simply log the delivery as undeliverable causing continuous problems with package delivery outside of USPS who has permanent mailboxes on the property. More food truck events please and thank you and if you want the best place in Colorado Springs to live come checkout The Flats at Aero Park just behind the unbelievably convenient new 24 hour Maverick gas station which you wouldn’t think is convenient but really is.

I have nothing but great experiences with the staff here! The office personnel has been great about any question I have had. Both Samantha and Lauren have been very knowledgeable. Even the Maintenance have been great! Both Garrett and Sean have taken care of any maintenance request I have put in! I highly recommend living here!

The Flats at Aero Park has the modern view and location every renter is looking for. The office and maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. The cost for what’s received weighs in favor of the renter imo. Meaning you’ll feel as if you’re receiving more than what you’re paying for at The Flats at Aero Park.

Staff at the office and maintenance are easy to contact and easy to talk. Answer questions quickly or respond to services quickly to get them scheduled.

I really like the look and feel of the apartment unit its self. They thought of all the nice details and amenities in the apartment space. However, it brings the quality down of the apartment due to lack of sound insulation with the ceilings. It doesn’t matter how nice the apartment is if we can’t really enjoy it with some peace and quiet when you can hear your neighbors. Not really worth it.

The Flats at Aeropark is a first rate apartment complex. The units are practically brand new, modern, and have all the necessary kitchen appliances plus washer and dryer.
