I like it over here so far, I've only been here 3 months so I don't have a lot to say, a few Petty things happened a couple weeks ago was someone's car getting broke into but you can't help that no matter where you live.. but it's pretty quiet for the most part, most of my neighbors I met are pretty nice and we all kind of look out for each other in my building and on my side, the maintenance is pretty quick when I call so far, but I haven't had any major maintenance issues, just small things.. I love the size of my apartment, the only thing I don't like is that the bedrooms are not set up as roommate style... I don't have the upgraded apt, but the cabinets are a light wood color and they look nice, I have new blinds and new black appliances so I don't have any complaints about that, overall I like it so far

The apartments look great but between the roaches and the inability to make an apartment move in ready...I do not recommend this apartment to anyone.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I would not recommend this apartment community. They do not keep their tenants safe. Person was shot in front of building 9 only 3 weeks ago, no notice sent out to residents. Tonight there was a high speed chase that ended at the entrance of the apartment. Police searched the area for the driver, they said he just murdered someone. My lease is up soon and I definitely will not renew. On a side note, trash is always overflowing on the weekends, pool opened the day AFTER Memorial Day, only for 1 day then abruptly closed the next for “repairs”. Gym was closed for “repairs” over 6 months ago and never reopened. Fees for every little thing, had roaches galore until winter. Pest control is a joke along with any communication from property management. I don’t feel safe here and property management has not addressed any of these issues. Keep your family safe and choose another apartment somewhere else.

Don't waste your time looking at this property for your future stay. Management are rude and completely incompetent to manage this on-site fieticlity. Don't waste your time, energy, or your hard earned money on this property. The absolute worst place to live period.

Hi there, I would like to get some more details about your experience with us.
MUST READ: I wouldn’t live here if it was the last place on earth. I don’t know which is worse, the property management (Greystar), the actual leasing staff except Brit’knie, the “renovated” units, maintenance, or the people living here. I’ve only been here for 3 months & they're letting me out my lease because of the horrible conditions I’ve been living in being 8 1/2 months pregnant also having a 10 month old living with me. My first month I experienced black soot coming out of my air vents that to this day no one knows what was.. it was so bad it made my whole white trash can look marble and would come back after hours of wiping it away. It took them a whole month to get a vendor out to my apartment because I got the health department involved and they were close to being cited. I ended up transferring to a different unit because of not knowing what me and my daughter were breathing in, I didn’t feel comfortable. ONLY TO MOVE TO A NEW RENOVATED UNIT and WITHIN A WEEK of moving in get bit up by BED BUGS, which by the way I did not deal with in the previous unit because I purchased brand new furniture upon moving in.

The office never answers the phones, returns your calls or email when you ask for a phone call. Ive been here for 8 months in this house Ive requested maintenance for two things from management the entire time. I have a patio that I have not been able to go on this entire lease. Ive been asking and complaining about it. They send ppl to take pictures and never fix it. My house had been painted my locked have been changed they made the outside look great but never fixed what I asked. My children cant go out back and play on the patio because its dangerous. I cant get into my storage unit bcuz the wood on the patio is so damaged. All the office said at that time which was back in May, do not go out there. Now we are in November and theyve communicated nothing to me or fixed it! I also havent had screens for my windows since Ive been here. Of course someone looked at it but nothing was done. My air conditioner was out In July for 24 days. No screens for the windows and no air. Its been a really terrible experience living here and I wouldnt recommend it. The water is of for hours at a time multiple times a week and my water bill is higher than ever.

I was supposed to move in, they cancel me application 3days before move in and said they would issue a refund. Whenever I call about it they hang up on me. All I need is my money back. Stay away.

Plumbing horrendous so is appliances! Mine have caught on fire so much and all they do is patch them up! Woke up today it's a Holiday weekend and we cant bathe or wash our face. Management said we should watch the community email for times like this when we cant bathe. Its filthy outside and the rash always running over I use to complain about the cats but with the trash we would have rats. And they paint over roaches to get you in

I have been in this place for over 7 years and I can't wait to move. The management is the worst that has ever been here. My AC broke since March 27th 2021 and has not been fixed to date. They don't talk about it and they don't respond to emails. It is a nightmare for my family and we just don't know what to do. I have always paid rent on time. Dish washer has been broken for over 6 years and successive managements just promise to fix it but don't. Considering moving my family to a hotel as I seek legal redress. I don't recommend this place. Stay away or suffer the consequences

There have been break-ins and one was someone I know personally. In my unit itself we have had water leakage from the tub up stairs, caused damage in the ceiling in the master bed downstairs. Maintenance takes 20yrs to take care of anything, they came out several times and only did cheap fixing techniques that never worked. Finally fixed and ceiling is brown and weak. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!! Then the people who maintain the lawn come out 8-9am waking you up.

I pray to God that someone will stop this rental place from jiving tenants. They are nice until you move in. They will not fix repairs. The outside is far from what the inside look like. Electical and plumming is bad,appliance is bad,laundry mat is bad,refuse to fix swimming area,trash everywhere.

At first I was a little skittish about moving into this apartment complex because of all of the negative reviews that I had to read. After coming out a couple of times and viewing the property, I decided to just go for it so I signed a year lease and I'm so glad I did! The location is awesome less than 5 minutes away from the one of the major highways, close to medical facilities, the hospital, schools, restaurants and shopping! I love the fact that there's only one unit that's next door to me. I don't have any problem with parking I pull up right to my door! All of the reviews I read said that there was an issue with children but I mean no matter what apartment complex you choose to reside there's going to be kids so that wasn't a dealbreaker for me. So on a scale from 1 and 10 I'll give Brandon Glen Apartment complex 8 there's always room for improvement. But overallI would definitely recommend my apartment complex!
