The Flats @ 1885

I have not stayed a night there as of yet but the community seems to be pretty quite. I can’t wait to officially finishing packing everything at my current house so I can move and make this place feel like my space.

Was a smooth move in. Tayla was awesome getting us moved in. The neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Glad to move here. Will be a long term tentant.

It's a beautiful and quiet community. I am so happy to be a part of this community and I am looking forward to any community meetings to share that happiness.

Living here has been a great experience so far! The community is peaceful, neighbors are friendly, and maintenance is always on point. I really appreciate how safe and clean everything is—it’s starting to feel like home, and I’m excited to keep building memories here!

Quiet neighbourhood, seems safe with visible cameras around. Issues acknowledged and addressed promptly when brought to leasing office attention, only thing is they dont call or email to follow up.

I think the staff are very welcoming and handle any complaints in a timely manner and efficiently! The maintenance crew for the most part responds to work orders pretty fast compared to other apartments we have lived in.

It's quiet and peaceful. The office staff is very pleasant to work with. The landscape is very nice too. I really love the screened in patio. The upgraded units are very nice.

I enjoy staying in Flats at 1885. The management is very responsive and friendly. They make sure the residents are safe with the lighting in the parking lots. The property is clean. The only thing I would say is a new playground is needed and the fitness center is not accessible after office hours.

The process was straightforward, and the move-in experience was equally easy. The community is clean and well-maintained, and it offers all the necessary amenities. I'm looking forward to using the gym. The staff has been excellent; they are attentive and genuinely care about the residents.

I've a good experience here as it's safe and management is helpful and does the work in time .Also the maintenance work will be done in time

It’s nice to have good communication with the front office, but I wish they were a little more accessible. Most matienance request have been dealt with quickly

Love that they keep the property clean and well kept. Maintenence not bad either as they try to be as on time as possible. If they do forget and you call them they get them to your house on that day of phone call.

It's an ok place to live. I feel appliances need to be upgraded like the fridge and dishwasher. The noise is bare minimum. Management do answer questions quickly

Everyone is so friendly ! Nice and quiet area. I have enjoyed living here. The amenities are perfect. I can Not wait to enjoy some community activities and meet more of my neighbors!

Smooth move in. Maintenance was nice! The office staff was caring and made sure everything I asked for was done. Ample parking! The grounds are clean. Very quiet

Unproblematic atmosphere and staff. Maintenance request are done in a timely manner majority of the time. The property stays clean and I have not witnessed any crime which is a plus.

I’m still not happy with my patio floor that’s wasn’t cleaned up on us moving in, the patio can’t lock easy. The first person I started talking customer service was excellent but after she went on maternity leave. The customer service went below 1 star. Thanks to their maintenance supervisor who help with some move in challenges

Very quiet where I am and no problems with my neighbor. And that's a big plus to come home and there's no problem. The apartment is close to stores

The staff members are very professional and respond to any concerns in a timely and respectable manner. The community is very clean and well maintained.

Nice neighborhood. Diverse and polite neighbors. Great access t to shopping and entertainment. Minimum noise and violence. Active security from Lake City police department.

Staff is friendly and professional and any issues are addressed quickly. Rent is not pocket friendly and have few options for 1BHK. Overall experience is quite positive.

Been living here now close to a year. Loving it so far! The leasing staff are outstanding!!!! . Believe in putting their residents first. Which is very important. The maintenance staff are awesome!! I really would recommend living at this community.

Good neighbor very accommodating and welcoming. Office manager understanding. The house is well and neat . Water and power supply is perfect. Kitchen is neat

Overall, my resident experience has exceeded my expectations, providing a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community. It truly feels like home.

Fantastic reception and great service from the admin. The atmosphere is awesomely serene and peaceful. Everything works perfectly and I'm my daughters will love it.

The environment is clean. The staff are responsive to the needs of the residents. The place is peaceful and orderly. It has a cool ambience.

Just arrived couple of days ago and we’re new to the environment however the management made us feel at home. They always assisted us when we need something. Ms. Marie, the Boss lady and the other staffs were so helpful to us and we appreciate what they’ve been doing!

So far no complaints , maintenance is a little slow for work orders but staff is great , I haven't had any issues and if I did they were resolved very quickly, keep up the good work

Very happy with my experience here and will renew in October. The ladies in the office are very professional and my apartment is cozy, clean and quiet.

New management made upgrades and change things for the better things have been much better but better, The office tries to get things done in a timely matter.

My apartment is barely livable. There is mold and deterioration from water damage and wear tear. My bathroom is a joke . The only thing this apartment serves for me is the roof over my head and even that is suspicious because of water stains and it’s uneven. I could go on and on but I don’t have the energy.

Everything was wonderful. The whole staff has been great. I am an amputee and I moved from another state...I am 60 years old so I was a bit nervous.. The experience was great...

Everything has been great so far! Outstanding service looks like pretty efficient service I only just moved in.It is very peaceful the community, well kept up the scenery when we come out of our homes. It is nice to know we have a quiet and secure, but safe property.

The Flats @1885 is a family oriented community where all your neighbors are ready to give a helping hand. Everyone looks out for each other and it is a pet friendly place. I’m happy to spend time at The Flats a place my son calls home.

Loved location and quiet area.....can assist with some improvement with some of the classic apartments that does have low quality of wear over time,..

I’ve been here for almost 6 years and never had any issues. The office staff is very cool and understanding. Just in case if you didn’t want to drive, the grocery store, gas station and other food places are within walking distance from the complex. Overall I’ve enjoyed living here.

It’s safe and quiet with helpful and friendly neighbors. The staff is also nice and helpful. They have events and contests for the residents often. The area is convenient for shopping and other activities. Maintenance also does a great job with keeping the grounds clean.

Upon my first day moving in I was greeted with an extra refrigerators in my living room. That evening I learned that the heat don’t work properly and the washer and dryer that was not enclosed with my lease wasn’t working. Other than that it’s been pleasant.

Not bad. Certain little things can be better. But not that bad to complain about. Parking is a pain at times. Certain hold hold appliances can be replaced i.e dish washer etc.

Overall a nice place to live. There are somethings when it comes to communication in the office that could really improve. The maintenance staff is great.

The Staff are very welcoming and shows concern about the conditions of the apartments. Despite a few structural issues, the maintenance provides fast and efficient services.

Very helpful and clean. I’m happy here. One of my favorite features is that we have two entrances to our apartment and I love the screened in porch I’m just very happy with living here right now

Every year the monthly rent gets increased but my apartment doesn’t reflect the price. Not happy with my rent increasing but my apartment features are old and outdated

I couldn’t have chose a more better place to live. The office personnel, maintenance personnel have all been great that I have talked with. And I must say my neighbors are great!!!
