The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Fitzroy at Lebanon Marketplace
I love living here!!! The staff is incredible. Ellie was so sweet and easy to work with. Storm was knowledgeable and helpful during the application process. I’ve never seen greener grass anywhere I’ve ever lived! My townhouse is incredible and I’m so happy with my decision.

So good to hear from you! Thanks for letting us know. Have a great day!
The apartments are very pretty from the outside. However community upkeep is very poor. The trash cans are often overflowing in the pool and bbq areas as well as the dog walk areas.

Hi, your review made our day! Thanks so much for taking the time to write.
I would not rent from here they only care about getting every dime you have. I signed a 3 months lease paid on time all three months even paid extra money so 2,179 a month extra and when I turned in my keys the last day. They told me I had to pay another month because I didn't give notice. My 3 month lease was the notice that's why I freaking signed 3 months.

Hi there - we appreciate your honest feedback, as we're always looking for ways to improve. If we have any specific questions, we'll get in touch.
I have lived at the Fitzroy for a year and a half. I love it here! Yes apartment living is apartment living but the place is great and the grounds are kept nice! I also love the property manager Ryan and the staff!!
This place is the absolute worst. I was told when I moved in that noise would be minimal and I wouldn’t be able to hear the neighbors. You can hear everything through the walls and floors. There is literally no peace here. There is dog poop everywhere and they refuse to do anything about it. The trash gets overrun at least once every few weeks and it piles up around the compactor. The bugs on the bottom floor are insane despite having pest control come. Look forward to an infestation of millipedes and spiders. There isn’t enough parking for residents because there are people living here that aren’t on the lease. Big surprise, nothing is being done about it. Management threatens to tow but never does so the issue continues. Last but not least, they added a community water fee to our water bill this month without proper written notice as stated in our lease. The office claims not to know anything about it and the property manager magically didn’t show up for work the day after people started complaining. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and never paid for water that wasn’t my own. There is nothing luxury about this place. Next thing you know they’ll add to our electricity to pay for the street lights and lights left on in the model apartments and club house at all hours.
Very dirty, bugs, will not address complaints. I’m very disappointed.
I moved to Tennessee in March and was worried about having to find a place to live where I was comfortable. In June I moved into The Fitzroy and have been very happy. Chance and his staff have made me feel so welcomed. I’m very happy. Apartments are beautiful. I highly recommend!!
We were very nervous about the transition to the area and going from owning our own home to living in an apartment, but Chance and the Fitzroy team have made us feel so at home. We love it so much we may just put off buying a new house!
