This property is outrageously expensive, and there is no parking available. I resided here for 3 years and never received a parking spot.

The Finmore at 241 is great! The apartments are super nice and come fully furnished. There is a hot tub, study area, coffee maker, and gym available for residents. It’s really close to campus, so getting to class is easy. The apartment is pet-friendly and the full size parking spots are great! Definitely one of the best places to live in Boone.

Very nice staff. The building was clean, normally quiet, and I was rarely bothered by neighbors. The parking isn't that bad and the gym in the building is nice as well.

The amenities are really nice. Love the second floor game room and hot tub deck area. Has been very minimal noise and maintenance staff always responds to requests really fast.

Decent overall. Nice to have a private room and bathroom. Expensive for what it is. Not enough parking. Quiet hours are not enforced. No after hours or emergency number, outside of maintenance.

Absolutely horrendous management. I have nothing but problem after problem. They are impossible to work with. Half the office doesn’t work on site, and the other half is never there. Apparently working 11-2 is considered a full work day.

I have lived here now since my junior year and I’m now a second year senior and I am still living here. They have been very accommodating through bad roommate experiences and maintenance requests

Overall, the rooms are technically good, but it feels like nobody knows what they are doing here. So many charges that were bogus, like telling us there's a $500 rooms transfer fee to moving in too early (on August 5th) when the lease starts August 1st. They don't allow new residents to move in until, like, the 13th or later which is already half the month. They are charging residents a whole month of rent for living there only half. Anyway, after trying to speak to a real person and getting headache inducing emails back, they finally dropped the charge after realizing they could get sued. Many other dumb charges were added and fighting them off definitely decreased my life span. Yes their amenities are great and their rooms are nice (besides the unpainted spackle on the wall and the mysterious stains on the carpet), but dealing with the company has been infuriating and laughable. Don't live here if you want a stress-free life.

I’ve enjoy the environment at the fin! Staff and residents are very friendly and welcoming, but there were a few things in my apartment that were broken. Over a very comfortable and convenient place to call home!

I love this complex so much between the amenities and the fully furnished apartments. Living here has helped with my student living in Boone. The maintenance and office teams are great as well. They work quickly but efficiently, ensuring all of their residents are satisfied with a solution to a problem they may have had.

as my first college apartment, i cant complain. every apartment complex is going to have its bad days so it's alright. neighbors are really noisy at the hot tub at night and no one does anything about it.

Loved living here especially on the fifth floor. The sunset views are breathtaking and a safe living environment. The staff are the best, very helpful and kind.

I love it! There are so many things to do in our little community! You can go to the hot tub with friends, go to the gym, climb the rock wall, play pool, or even study on the patio! Highly recommend!

The location is great at the Finmore especially if you are a heath science major! Overall super nice place and clean common areas. I especially like the 2 study rooms!

Overall, good place to live nice amenities. Rent is kind of expensive, but other than that it’s a nice place to live. I really like the free coffee bar :)

My experience at 241 Finmore was excellent. The manager helped me find a apartment because it was a urgent matter. He went over every situations to make sure I was able to get in the apartment on time. Best thing is its, dog friendly so my 10 year dog could come with me. Thank you so much for caring!

I have enjoyed living here, my only complaint is your upstairs neighbors may be loud all the time. The furniture is super nice and well kept.

It has been a blast living here. The maintenance crew are very fast and friendly. I have never had any issues but if I did encounter something it would always be top priority

Overall this place is great, easy commute to any restaurant, shopping center, etc. I believe it is well overpriced for the things they have as there are places way cheaper. The perk, while it doesn’t justify the cost, I found was the security system is great and much more secure than my previous apartment.

The building is cheaply made. The maintenance and front desk staff are amazing though! Amenities are nice though there's been some foul play in the hot tub and the residents treat the lounge area like crap. Pool sticks and ping pong balls have been broken, and people throwing parties in the lounge area leaving a mess. Neighbors usually are quiet but occasionally throw a party and are loud into the wee hours of the night.

This apartment is an apartment is an apartment that is alright. It is a roof over my head but it has taken over a year to replace a broken window and there was flooding that took very long to fix. Also charged too much for electricity when none of the tenants were there for the month of December.

I really like the location of the Finmore and the amenities are really nice. I have a dog and he loves going to the park to lay with all of his furry friends.

Love the atmosphere!! The amenities are amazing and the rooms are very spacious. My neighbors are really nice and I’m so happy I renewed my lease. It close to campus and easy bus access.

These are very nice apartments, but a little pricey. A cafe place for a student to stay and has good amenities. Parking isn't included and is $79-$99 a month and the compact parking is extremely tight, my car has been hit twice and they didn't do anything to try to find out who it was.

Moving in I was nervous because I had no idea how anything was done/ worked but everyone in the leasing office was really sweet and patient with me! I picked up a sub lease but my roommates were also super welcoming and made the move a lot better!

Have loved living here for the last 3 years! The amenities are great and the patio is beautiful when the weathers nice!! Only thing is there only one elevator and it’s on opposite side of building making it difficult to do a lot of things

I love living here! The rent is a bit much sometimes and the wifi is below average, but the community is lovely, the amenities are great, and maintenance is super helpful with speedy service. Super spacious bedrooms and closets and everyone has their own bathroom.
