South Montgomery is less than 10 miles away from Downtown Montgomery and spans the area surrounding the Montgomery Regional Airport. Neighborhoods with ranch-style homes and well-manicured lawns fill the land between the airport and the downtown area. Just south of these neighborhoods sits rural land with scenic views and a few unincorporated communities, including Snowdoun, Hope Hull, and Ramer. From apartments and houses in a suburban setting to homes in communities with a small-town feel, the southern portion of Montgomery has something for everyone.

Property Ratings at The Lofts on Fountain
I have been living here for several months and this is one of the worst apartments in Montgomery. The ladies that work in the office are very lazy they don’t answer calls or help you when need. Maintenance does not come I have 4 work orders in since July and no one has came to fix anything. The pool and gym were supposed to be open in the summer but it is December and neither are open. There is a very bad roach problem. They say exterminators are included in rent but None have came even when I’ve called about it several times. They shut off the water always every single day. The doors on the front of the buildings don’t close so the hallways are very dirty and filled with dead and alive bugs. When I first moved here there wasn’t a light in the hallway and I put a work order in and no one came to fix it so I had to myself. These apartments are literally the worst and I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone.
This property has done a complete turn around . The staff offers events for the residents , we finally have the fitness center opened 24 hours. The price is worth the unit size .
yes
I would recommend it because it is not that expensive and its a pretty okay environment.
Although some of the features in the apartment need work, overall it is great neighborhood and comfortable living
Too many dog owners walk their pets off leash; these are often pit bull owners and large dogs. They often do this during the hours that staff is not on site. The pit bull owners seem to always manage to let their dogs escape and roam the property.
It's a very nice place to live. The units are spacious and have plenty of closet space.
Good: The apartment size is great for price. (I have 2bed/2bath) Bad: maintenence & management sucks. I have been here for almost two years and eveytime I go in the office they have raised the rent and changed the name. They call themselves redoing the road, but there are big pot holes by the first and second speed bump. Everything in my apartment is spray painted and barely hanging on. The walls are paper thin. I hear everything in my downstairs and both of my next door neighbors home. If there is a problem in the apartment you have to basically harass the staff daily and threaten lawsuits before they come to fix anything. There is a $200 late fee for any late payments, which I feel is crazy for where and what we are living in. "Renovated" apartments have just as many problems as any of the non-renovated. Foshee company was great but once the management changed AGAIN ...(changes like every year) the quality of staying here has went down.
I am currently living here! I moved here in May and my first week here everything was falling apart! My laundry room door fell off in May and it is now October and it just got put up a week ago. My light in my master bath was flickering so bad I saw it sparking from the light switch. It took them a month to come fix that. It had gotten so bad that my light wouldn't even come on!

Management doesn't care for tenants and Rhonda the assistant manager treats you like you are scum as if your issues in the apartments don't matter and as far as the Property Manager she is never in the office and there no way you can contact her also they are crackheads walking around and no security ever here and your not even allows to use the clubhouse for your own personal use! -Very upset Tentant
I have enjoyed living at Bedford Park Townhouse since Foshee Management took over the property.
