I’ve been dealing with roaches for awhile now and they truly don’t care about it. When they say they have pest control come spray every week; don’t believe them. Spend your money somewhere else.
Horrible!! The kids run wild and destroyed our grill and and patio furniture. Also a grill was completely stolen. Dogs and kids running wild. We had a friend over and he was robbed at gun point. Took his wallet phone and keys. Last month there was a dead body found in parking lot. Do not live here. I have called cops repeatedly...no one cares.
My car has been repeatedly vandalized, mail stolen off my porch, my son has been assaulted and robbed, literally feet away from the apartment... yet they won't do anything and even tried to blame me for my car being vandalized... I could write a book on the issues we've had that they ignore, and now there's a been a murder the parking lot, too. We want out, don't live here!
Our cars have been vandalized 4 times, mail stolen, numerous other issues, they never do anything about any of it, and don't care. I strongly recommend not moving here if you have any other option.
Nice affordable apartments for individuals trying to save money. Located right by a high school and close to a university. Very close to shopping areas and only minutes away from downtown.
The apartment it self is very nice and clean, it is recently renovated . I love the inside of it and the rent is at a great price. My main problems consist of there never being any visitor parking , when I have someone come over for the weekend I always have a hard time finding them somewhere to park. I am also not sure how I feel about having to use 2 keys to get into my apartment. after I moved in they decided to put a lock on the side door to enter the hallway towards my apartment, agreed for some it sounds lovely because it makes it safer but for me it just makes it harder when I have things to carry back and forth .
